Harry and his team are excellent! Especially a being a woman, you never know if you’re about to be ripped off by some auto shops. These guys are honest, kind, and trustworthy. Their prices are excellent, they are efficient with time, and they have taken great care of my car!

I don't live in the LA area - but my car broke down the day before I had to travel back to my home town. I had a blown radiator on my Ford Explorer. The crew had my vehicle back on the road 8 hours after it came in on the hook. I will be recommending New Century Auto to family and friends who DO LIVE in the LA area. Very happy and grateful customer!!

Expecting potentially horrible news, Harry at new century auto was very quick and Diagnosed my car's problem and having it fixed the same day. The car has been running really well since. I knew they were dependable when they were recommended by Chris at Grand Prix tires and automotive.

I have an old 2000 Honda Prelude and it's been experiencing a whole slew of issues. Oil leaks, temperature gauge is always rising when its idle and it hadn't received an oil change in a year; to say I was neglecting my car is an understatement because I wasn't driving it a whole lot due to the Pandemic. However, I needed to find a shop I can trust and I asked my sister and hubby for their recommendation and they told me about this shop. Harry and his team are knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. They replaced my timing belt, radiator and gave me a full oil change/ tune up! It was not a cheap bill and cost me over $1900 however, I drive an old car and those couple of years of neglect caused a lot of wear and tear on my car. All in all, I highly recommend this shop. They do good work, they are honest, and also very straightforward. I really like how I was asked before any work took place if I was OK with the price and I appreciate their strong communication bc a lot of shops just do the work and don't let you know about the price until the very end. I am a firm supporter of honest and hard working businesses so I will return for my next oil change or tune up at New Century. Ask for Harry, he's very welcoming and a good guy!
