Stopped here around 230 am sign on the door said “come in we are open” with a guy at the counter, door was locked and the guy just stared at me. Maybe don’t have an open sign if you are closed or don’t hire lazy employees

Have never had issues here but saw a NOTICE OF CLOSURE on door. Got that don’t mean it’s closing!!!!! It’s the closest to my house and is easily accessible

Could not tap to pay with any of my credit cards on two different pumps. No way I'm going to stick my card in a reader at a gas station. Went to Shell down the street on Huntington and Monterey Road and was able to tap and pay there. Stay away from this Mobile if you want to use tap to pay.

The lady behind the counter was rude, didn't try to answer my questions, just gave me attitude and continue to roll her eyes at me. I left and didn't stop to buy or fill gas here. Won't be coming back.

The lady working the counter is very rude.Didn't greet a potential customer and ended up yelling at me for using the wrong door by accident.I was planning on buying a snack and getting gas, but definitely changed my mind after her attitude.

so i pull into this mobil. gonna pay cash. washing towards office, dude smoking just outside. he says 'cash?'i say $40 on 9. he says 'i'm on break, can you wait a fewminutes.?'what's wrong with people these days.

Find another station to fill up! The female behind the counter inside the station is extremely rude and seems to be bothered. As I was waiting in line the lady was condescending to the customer ahead of me. The customer couldn't understand her broken English and that clearly bothered her. I asked for the key to the restroom. The lady didn't look up and said out of service in a rude tone. Maybe a sign stating restroom is out of service. Customer service goes a long way with many options available.

Put $80 only gave me half a tank when it should have been at least 3 quarters Went inside because I was confused and the owner or manager said I was lying and kicked me out . Never going back

These guys are truly awesome. When I asked the cashier " how do they manage to keep the gas price low compare to what's going on right now" he simply answered " We're not greedy" and they are truly not. I've seen the price of regular close to $8.00 a Gallon and they manage to keep it at $5.75 (considering). Many Years coming here for gas first time commenting

I got some gas and water from this station. Before I walked in, I saw a guys just came out of their restroom and he went back to the auto shop next to this station. When I paid my water, I asked the cashier: can I use the restroom? she lied to me that it is out of service(I even asked twice)! Very poor service, and don't recommend it.

This review should have been written a few months ago during my first unpleasant experience. Some time ago, (Carlos?/ the owner of the service station). Just in case I butchered his name, you cant mistake his physical description as Chef Skinner in ratatouille lol. He filled my tire with air and kept 2 of the air valves. NOTE he reeked like he was hitting the blunt just before I pulled up. I wouldn't have cared if only he remembered to put my valves back on after accepting my tip! I went back the next day, and he said he lost them? Fast forward to TODAY i returned only out of necessity, I asked if Carlos could please fill my tire with air. He said " I can't because the people complain about how I fill the tire with air." I said "so you won't put air in my tire?" He confirmed NO as he laughed. Although he was extremely unprofessional, I spoke with the manager on the other side of this business and SHE helped make things right and actually helped me with the air I much needed for my tire. It's not like I expected him to do anything for free. I tip $4 just for air. If you decide to have your car serviced here, just be prepared for the crappy/ lack of service.
