Winnie was great. I had sent a friend over to get his phone replaced. We talked about different options for phones that will work for him on a budget. My friend was super happy and loves his new phone. She was very helpful and got him going.

For nearly two decades or so now, my family and I have all gotten our phones here. My first was a Samsung flip phone whose claim to fame was multiple ring tones!!! First you must understand this is a small independent stand-alone store. It is not a massive chain and thus, does not have the resources of such. What you do get is personal, attentive, and thoughtful service. So think a local credit union bank vs Chase / Wells Fargo / US Bank. In all this time, the owner/operator Winnie (I think her name is?), has been fantastic to work with. Every transaction was efficient and even on a few occasions when troubles arose, she made sure to provide a quick solution or at least, an explanation. I give her a shortlist of priorities that I need in a phone, and what I need it to do. Then she goes ahead and responds with a shortlist of recommendations that will be a good fit. This type of catered service you do not get in the chain stores. We trust her with our business, and look to bring her more for many more years. We highly recommend that you do, too.
