“Very nice staff member Dave. Warm, friendly, no pressure, and gave us space. He was attentive, and made us feel like family. We honestly would have purchased from him, but the store had very limited stock. Many of the models/options on display were not in fact available. The hand full that were available were not the best rated by consumer reports/the internet. They do next day delivery for free, but you have to complete the sale before 3pm the day before. There is $40 hail away fee for your old appliance. Pretty nice space, plenty of parking. We ended up going with Costco (free delivery and haul away) with purchase; but two days before delivery. Largely went with Costco because they had the better models in stock. Props to Dave. Great guy! Sorry the inventory was too low to close the sale on a desired model.”

“This is my first mattress that I’ve ever purchased. When I was initially introduced to this store, I was kind of skeptical at first. Perhaps I had this preconceived notion that any smaller mattress businesses might scam me into buying a cheap quality mattress for a really high markup price. Lo and behold, I was proven wrong. Daniel was extremely easy to work with, really knowledgeable even beyond just mattresses. He gave a very honest and genuine customer service, worked with my budget and what I was looking for from a bed, and hell, I got probably the best bed I could ask for and more from what I offered to pay. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and come back.”

“Jake, at Mattress Firm, was a god-send for my wife and me. We were looking for the right mattress and adjustable base to improve our sleep, as it has been less than stellar these past few years. Jake was able to listen to our gripes and offer solid feedback and eye opening knowledge and (this was the kicker for me) all without being a pushy salesman. It was clear that Jake wasn’t just trying to make a sell but genuinely wanted to hook us up with the best options for our needs. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed to close. He gave us at least two hours of his time as we bounced back and forth from one bed to the next and then back again. “Such a great experience at this location! My husband and I bought our Tempur-Pedic pillows a while ago and went back in recently for a new Tempur-Pedic mattress. Aaron helped us and was awesome. He had some great insights about the different mattresses, showed us all the bells and whistles, and made the purchasing process so easy. “The importance of improving lymphatic drainage to assist with detoxification of the brain and body is an often overlooked aspect of the detoxification process. The incline provided by the Samina sleep system is a way to optimize lymphatic drainage as we sleep. In addition, the support it provides to the shoulders and back is incomparable to any other mattress I've used in the past.We are enjoying our sleep system so much and plan to purchase another for our vacation home. It took a bit of adjustment from our previous mattress but I am now 80% a back sleeper after being a lifelong stomach sleeper. My Oura ring data confirms improvement in my sleep quality. “I had a wonderful experience purchasing my bedsheets through Irida, an employee at Tuft n needle in Glendale. She was really fantastic and went above and beyond. I had called in the morning looking for a specific type of bedsheets. Irida was pleasant to talk to and she searched through the inventory to help find the ones I was looking for. I just picked them up in person, and Irida was even more pleasant in person. Always nice to see such exceptional customer service.”

“In 2019, we bought an extra-firm queen mattress with box springs from Paul at Mattress City. We were so satisfied with the purchase, we brought a relative to Mattress City to replace their mattress. Fortunately, Paul was there that day. Purchasing the mattress was a breeze. Paul was very attentive to our relative's needs, and did not try to upsell. He was very knowledgeable about the products. He not only explained the key differences between the products, he even demonstrated how the springs work. The prices were already very competitive, and on top of that, delivery, set up, and haul away were included. Paul assured us that even though the product we had selected would be manually assembled, it should be ready in about 1-2 weeks. Exactly 6 days later, we received a call from the delivery company. The delivery team arrived on time, and set up / haul away took less than 10 minutes. Our relative complimented on the quality of the mattress. For a first time in a long time, they did not wake up in the middle of the night due to poor mattress support. Thank you, Paul! We will definitely return to Mattress City for future mattress needs.”

“On Valley Blvd just west of Rosemead, there are 4-6 Chinese furniture stores. To me, it seems like they all order from a large wholesale warehouse. They all have small show rooms. Just tell them what you're looking for and what price, and they will flip through the catalogs with you to help you find something you like. Obviously not going to find high quality items at these stores, but if you're looking for something practical and affordable, these places are better than IKEA. They are also willing to deliver and set it up in your house for you. The downside: Parking there is limited (only 1 of the furniture stores has parking). This is bargain based shopping, so you have to negotiate. Sometimes if the negotiation goes the wrong way, one might get angry... luckily there's 4 more stores right next to each other!”

“If you're looking for a quality mattress at a great price, amazing customer service and fast delivery then look no further. Let's just say we spent way too much money at "reputable" Ashley's Furniture and with disappointment after disappointment we ultimately cancelled our remaining order for our mattress and purchased ours here instead. Don't expect to see a fancy showroom or anything because it's a warehouse atmosphere but I'll give them our business again any day. Muchas gracias Victor por el excelente servicio!”
