I came in with no expectations and was just trying to get a new pillow due to severe neck and shoulder pain. Matthew was so helpful and amazing! He asked me what problems I was having, my sleeping habits, and picked out some great options! Though, I wasn’t able to purchase a pillow out the store, Matthew helped me place an online order that’ll arrive within the week :) I’m very happy with my first experience at Mattress Firm, will definitely come back to upgrade my bed.

Mattress Firm has the most accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, and capable employees, possible, who make the overwhelming selection process, relieving and easy. Jazmin, at the Alhambra locale, patiently answered the numerous questions, I had, over the phone, and that reduced much of my ignorance about healthful sleeping. She enabled me, in store, to quickly hone the choices down to the best one, for my back injury. Their products offered a wide array of sleep solutions at fantastic prices. Matthew, the Assistant Manager, allayed my concerns about the upcoming delivery, with great responsiveness and intelligence.
The delivery was made super-conveniently, at the beginning of the two-hour time frame, and the items were brought to my apartment on one hand truck, meaning that their packaging was engineered perfectly. Installation OF MY ADJUSTABLE BED took less than TEN MINUTES, and these two delivery guys were smart, personable, and went out of their way to help.
Mattress Firm and the Alhambra store have my unreserved recommendation.
