Today was my first time getting a prescription sent to this pharmacy. I just called to verify that they received it and see when it would be ready...The man told me that they didn't have it (they didn't receive my prescription order? They didn't have it in stock? I have no idea what that meant) and immediately hung up on me before I could ask any questions! So rude and unprofessional.....Avoid this pharmacy.

I come to this pharmacy only because it's right next to my doctor's office. They usually have all the medications in stock, and if they don't, they'll call for it to be refilled within the next day or two. Pros: - fast service - parking is in the back alleyway or structure Cons: - you have to wait for them to unlock the door and sometimes they don't unlock it right away. There also isn't a ringer.

Main Pharmacy is a wonderful place to get my prescriptions filled. The pharmacists remember my name and order every time I come in and have made many useful recommendations when I need over-the-counter meds. They even deliver, although I have never used the service. I have always observed exceptional customer service, even when dealing with difficult clients. I highly recommend this neighborhood pharmacy!

I've been going to Main Pharmacy for about 20 yrs and I am more than satisfied with them. I have known the owner, John and a long time and it's nice to have that personal touch with your pharmacist. Rite aide and CVS, etc doesn't compare to the professionalism, friendly and courteous service. I also enjoy that they deliver in the city of Alhambra and even to my apt that is just out of the city.
