I found this store totally by accident and boy am I glad! I originally set out to grocery shop at Sprouts around the corner and decided to take a quick peek in this store. What a gem. They have amazing stock and variety of high-quality merchandise. They are happy to show you anything you want to see, touch or try on with no snobbery or attitude involved. The items are not bargain basement, these are high quality designer bags, accesories, fine jewelry and other collectibles therefore, it makes sense to take some time to "shop" and make informed decisions given the considerable investment in these items. I appreciate their expertise on all items they sell. They are experts and happily share the knowledge so that their customers make informed decisions; this is how you cultivate repeat business. I went once to "look" and have been back 3 times resulting in addtional purchases each time. The jewelry is top quality and if they don't have what you're looking for they will find it for you especially if it is a specific type of watch or designer item. Rita, Natalie and Kevin and the rest of the team are the best and I look forward to doing business with them for a long, long time!

I order something online and never received my order. I emailed them with the order number to inquire and never heard from them. I checked my online account and the order status is closed! What is going on here? Is this place a fraud or customer service is not reliable. Watch out! So I finally got some response AFTER I wrote the review Above. 1. Some reputable stores do honor the mislabeled price, after all. It is a mistake and the store should take responsibility for giving false info. 2. If the order is canceled, the store should immediately contact the customer and no hard feelings. Instead I saw the order status showing "invoiced" online for a few days and then "closed". So I guess the website is not professionally designed and the customer service is not through.

I love this boutique! I've bought 2 purses from them and they have lots of knowledge of all their products. I had tons of questions and they were so patient with me. Lots of selections too!

This place is extremely snooty, snoody and stuck up. They did not treat us well. They were actually rude and spoke under their breath as if we couldn't hear or understand them. They were literally talking about us in front of our faces as if we couldn't understand or hear them. They were just very rude. Do not come here. You should go elsewhere.

I stumbled on Luxury 24-7 over the weekend and what a treasure of a find! They have an outstanding selection of high-quality handbags as well as other luxury accessory items, I felt like I was in a purse version of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory and I got the Golden Ticket. Natalie and Kevin were so inviting and very knowledgeable about their inventory, I look forward to my next visit and their new finds.

Oh my gosh I can't rate this store high enough! Not only do they have a wide variety of luxury brands, but for a decent pricing as well. I've been looking at classic Chanel flaps for a while andLuxe24-7 was the only one that fit my price range. The staff are amazing and super helpful. They gave me tips on how to store, clean my bag etc. The bags were authenticated, cleaned and in very good condition. Highly recommend!

I heard about this place through a co-worker, Heard they had a large selection of luxury handbags. I was looking for something unique, something that would fit my style. Kevin the manager greeted me as I walked in and Showed me all the handbags and answered all my questions. He was very very helpful and super nice :) I saw this polka dot Valentino and instantly fell in love. I will definitely be giving them my business again. All the employees there are very kind and very professional. They have beautiful merchandise and said they get new stuff all the time! Can't wait to go back and get another handbag. #shopaholic ;)

This place is a true gem! They have tons of luxury finds .. Hermès, gold and Chanel . They also offer very fair pricing when selling lux goods . Not pushy, don't try to lowball you which I love . I've worked with them twice and can't wait to come back !
