The other agent would only pick up and answer my questions when she was trying to get me to sign and pay. I wasn’t happy with the service. I asked Christine for quotes back then and asked her again recently. She has always been timely and kind answering all my questions, so I decided to switch. I also emailed her asking for updates, and she kindly resends the messages I missed. Overall her customer service is excellent.
