They never have a Worker there

I’ve been coming here for years and used to love this place, but it’s become a hassle every week with sadly no better option in the area. A third of the washers and dryers are always broken. Everyone is always hogging the rolling carts with their personal items so you’re having to lug your soaking wet heavy laundry around the place to get it into a dryer. People using all the dryers for 2-3 items in each dryer. I’ve occasionally had issues with homeless lurking for unattended driers as well. The cleaning staff has always been nice and taken care of the place. It used to not be like this but with the constant influx of people in the area, comes the constant inconsiderateness of a public space.

Place said it closed at midnight got there at 10pm and people in there washing with the doors locked saying they are closed. Poor service

The laundry card machine charged my debit card and didn’t produce a laundry card. Tried again on the other machine and it wasn’t working. No attendants for assistance. Will not be going back. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Very clean, friendly place to do laundry. To wash and dry ...the cost is reasonable. The business uses quarters.

My CC has been charged 2 times for a single wash cycle, and this has been happening since the last few weeks at this place (haven been coming here for over 2 years). After swiping the CC, the light on the start button will light up. However, when I press start, nothing happens, and I have to swipe the CC the 2nd time, and then the washer will start. Check your CC account after using this place services!!
