I have joined the gym to work on strengthening my knees & arms. So far I'm feeling better, after each week I workout.

Not a fan of the head trainer and training area policies where can't use the space even if no one is using it. Many of the trainers seems great but the head trainer is not

Alhambra LA Fitness is nicer, very clean and looks new.
