They never answer the phone and you are never able to get ahold of a service manager when needed. You will have a problem talking to anybody regarding the process of repair as they always transfer you to voicemail. I had a service completed and have been contacting them regarding some questions I have about the repairs. I emailed the service advisor twice and have called numerous times yet I have not received a response yet. Someone also supposedly left a note for them to contact me.Still nothing. This was a week ago. Service manager will work with you which I appreciate. However their poor communication is consistent and not up to a dealership standard. I’ve never had this problem trying to contact someone out of a Kia dealership. By far the worst communication from a Kia dealership I’ve experienced.

The service department is such a scam, bought a touch up paint for my car and the paint didn't stick at all, tried to return it they said no I tried calling the supervisor and he doesn't pick up. Stop selling cheap paint pen, hopefully I hear from them.

This Kia dealer like the other reviews have gone severely in customer service. I should have Read the other reviews before deciding to bring my car here for service. I ended up taking my car back before they worked on it. The service advisor Alberto really is rude and doesn't even smile, he helped check me in and I had a question for him afterwards and he simply said I'm not your service advisor he is go ask him (Steven Lara) but Steven was on the phone and it was a simple question. I normally take my car to this Kia dealer, the service advisors used to be super accommodating and friendly. They would listen to any concerns that you would have, this visit today was the worst. It felt rushed when I told the advisor my concerns, and I wanted them to inspect the alignment before working on it, and they say they can't that I'm forced to do my alignment if I have them inspect it which would be $130. On top of that any coupon they have on their website they will NOT honor those prices. I was told that the cost of oil is too much, I can see why on a Saturday this dealership was pretty empty. It was pretty empty the service bays were hardly filled yet it was still 1.5 hour quote to get my car worked on when the other cars in the bay weren't even getting worked on the technicians were just standing around

Had an oil. Change and they have a fast efficient service. The technicians are friendly and will recommend most often what needs to be done, replaced or corrected.

They kept my car for almost 2 weeks, giving me the run around about when it would be done. They only partially fixed it because we were "rushing them." They must think I don't have to go to work. Then I get a text about how I liked the service, I said the truth, exactly how it happened. Next thing, I get a call from "Gus" with his salty attitude after the inconvenience of leaving my car there for so long. He asked me to bring my car in to finish fishing it. No!! I can't leave my car there again! After I said no, he clicks on me!! Lol If you can't handle customer service, get a different job. I work with people and I treat them with respect even when we can't agree. Horrible service!! I love my car though!

I noticed after my last service (September 2023) when i saw the sticker reminder that they shortened my next service interval to 4000 miles from the usual 5000. They did so without any explanation. Their service recommendations already go above and beyond what the manufacturer recommends. 4000 mile service at this day and age on a vehicle i only drive 1000 miles a month on is ridiculous.Only logical explanation for this is they want more money.Additionally, the service advisor from my last service in April 23 told me i needed an transmission fluid change even though i already did it in November 2022. When i told him i to make sure to check the system, he said he did and it wasn't on there. I ended up having the service done but came back to complain after i checked my own records. To be fair they gave me credit for having it done twice, but that was on me for being diligent and complaining.I do not recommend this place for service.

BEWARE!!! Absolute worst service department I have ever encountered. After telling me to expect results in 24-48 hours they took 72 hours before someone even looked at my car. Throughout that time they did not try to communicate with me ONE time. I never received any updates about what was happening with my car unless I called and waited on hold (sometimes of which the phone just hung up). After 48 hours I called for an update and someone said my car was being looked at right at that moment. By the end of the day I called again because they had not called me to pick up the car. This is when Alberto (one of the MANAGERS) rudely informs me that they had not even looked at my car yet. I ended up having to come down to talk to him in person it now having been 72 hours and he assured me my car would be looked at the next morning and ready to proceed by 2pm. They finally finished the car and I will still need to return so they can finish the service. After that I will never be back here. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!UPDATE: They give me the car back and FORGOT to screw part back together. Left the screw and the screwdriver loose in my car! Also left my car MORE of a mess on the inside then when I brought it. Truly terrible service, this place needs to be shut down immediately!

I saw a used Kia Soul advertised online for $11999 and read the ad asking me to leave my name and contact information to get the best online pricing which I did. The next thing, I had a swarm of emails from Jesus Morales, Lily Lopez and Frank Segura asking me to test drive the car, visit the dealership or can we talk? They have no common sense.....I gave my info ONLINE to receive an online pricing not dozens of your hardup prospecting emails. If I really want to talk or test drive the car, I would have show up at the dealership myself. This seems to defeat the purpose of shopping online. The car salesmanship at this Kia is horrible and certainly harrassing to much extend. At this point, I would never ever want to deal with Kia Alhambra.

Just wanted to show my appreciation for this dealer. I have dealt with many dealers and with bad experience as well. however Gustavo is the guy to go to if you need a car. Kia came a long way. And Alhambra location is simply the best to shop for it. Gustavo made thing super easy and straight to the point with no BS. my kind of service. Made my life easy. Thank you Gustavo and Luis for everything. I'll be back for another one very soon.Thank you guys.

Manual, the manager greeted us, and we shared what we were looking for. **B.T.W. we cam from Car Pros KIA of Glendale (do not go to those folks.... they LIE, every bad joke about car sales people is wrapped up in a low life named Karim... hussling like a whore at Car Pros of Glendale. Only dollar signs for eyes).We cam for the Nero EV lease special $5K drive away, $289.00 per month. 36 mo. J.P. was assigned to us,, & stade w/us. We were listened to. Our wants were met. Communication is very important to me.J.P. spoke with us, not at us.We got what we wanted from this great dealership. Worth a brief drive to distance ourself from the smell of GREED.

My wife was looking for a car. We went to many car dealerships and they all pulled a “fast one” except for KIA of Alhambra! We shopped via the website Car Gurus. There are many cars with their prices and specs listed. We saw cars priced at $17,000 and when we got to the dealership they said it was $25,000. There’s a lot of bait and switch. We were so angry about it. I told my wife let’s shop local. I had a great experience at Wondries Ford a while back. I told her let’s go see Wondries Kia. So we did. We had a fantastic experience! Steven Ortiz showed us a few cars. We liked Steven because he was honest. They didn’t do the bait and switch here. He showed us a car that we really liked and we got a great deal there, too! Fantastic service, and a great experience! Thank you Kia of Alhambra and Steven Ortiz!

I took my new car here for its first service today - staff (check in, post, and cashier) were friendly and courteous. I think Deran was the one who checked me in w/ his iPad, and Gustavo was really helpful and super nice. See you guys on my next service!

I went in to get Kia service center to check my Kia Seltos 2022 air conditioner. It went out no air whatsoever wouldn’t turn on at all.I was told to leave my car for 2-3 days just to get it checked. . Temperatures outside where at 100. My only source of transportation. They told me I could rent a car. Easy for them to say. I was also told there was about 18-19 cars ahead of me but not for ac problems. I couldn’t believe that they just couldn’t check it. how long would’ve it taken them to just check. I was very disappointed. This is my 4th car buying from them. I’ve taken all the cars there for service, recommended the place. Couldn’t believe the treatment I received. I also called the dealership, I was told they would call me back, no call yet. This is my fourth day with no air conditioner working. Thank you kia if Alhambra.

I have ups and downs with this company for 10 years now! I have to thank the company for always having an employee, if not then "employees" that will keep me happy and safe by the time I leave the place! Majority of the problems and complains would get resolved into satisfaction :) ~ Thank god for Kia :)
