I deeply regret my recent experience with Goodyear and Just Tires. Purchasing Goodyear premium tires from this location was unsatisfactory due to overpricing and subpar service.
I decided to upgrade to Goodyear premium tires, and this location was the most convenient option for me. However, I encountered issues when the staff refused to honor my discount. They advised me to try making the purchase online before they would assist me.
My biggest issue arose when they installed my tires, and I discovered that the lug nuts were not properly tightened to the specifications. Any decent technician would know that your entire wheel could fall off on the highway if not tightened properly. Some were extremely tight, while most were hand-tightened.
Additionally, it was disappointing that the technician lost most of my metal air valve covers and they did not bother to take responsibility. They added mismatched covers they must have had lying around.
Despite the premium quality promised, the new tires actually decreased fuel efficiency. I have driven for a few months and hardly notice a difference in performance compared to the tires I had before.
Furthermore, I was also disappointed that I was not provided with the rebate I was eligible for, and no explanation was offered for this oversight.
In hindsight, I would have selected a different tire shop and paid a bit extra for Michelin tires instead.

I only made an appointment for wheel alignment and tire replacement. He said that the alignment can only be done by changing new tires first. You have to buy tires to do a wheel alignment, so don’t waste your time.

Very disappointed with their unexperienced employees and the manager covers up the employees inability to complete their job. Great job for the young man at the counter, very polite. I have gone twice for an oil change but the whole time I'm observing the work being done on my cars & I can see the person struggling the whole time. DONT come here, it's a matter of time untill they damage your vehicle or get hurt.

GO TO THIS PLACE! They are fast, work with you on price and don’t sell you short or try to do add ons. Extremely understanding and do a great job at fixing what is needed- and don’t make a mess in your car unlike other mechanic shops.

This is a ripoff place. Don’t ever come to this place if you need alignment. They charged me $195 for alignment . After that I called shops around to verify if they charge me a reasonable price. One shop on valley Blvd do alignment for $98. Other on valley Blvd do alignment for $120. I will never come back. Ripoff!

I asked if they’re open right now and hours of business.The answer was we are open every day, which wasn’t what I asked, so I had to correct his poor smart a$$ customer service.I’ll getMy Uber inspection somewhere else!

A nail punctured my back tire. I didn’t know how early many tire shops close on Saturdays??!! I went to 4 different ones in Alhambra and all were closed around 3:30pmThankfully Just Tires was open until 8 and they were kind enough to patch up my tire at a reasonable price . Jeremy was kind enough to ask if they can get it done sooner since I am sure he saw I had my daughter and her friends with me and did not want to keep us waiting for so long ! We were out of there in less than 20 min

I drove up on my spare tire, and needed a new tire. I didn't call ahead or have an appointment, and the waiting room was crowded.But they got me in and out in about an hour, checked my other tires (they were OK), and I got a great price.I expected to be told I needed the other tires replaced, alignment, wheel balancing, etc. But they were great. No upselling pressure.
