I stumbled on here a few weeks back to get my septum ring replaced And had such a good experience with Boge I had to come back. I'm slowly replacing all my cheap earrings and JulHead has so many styles to choose from. They even helped me with inserting them. I'm so glad I live close because I will be here A LOT

The service was awesome and they answered all of my questions amazing. I was a bit shocked when I was quoted $10 cheaper over the phone and I drove 35 minutes while on my lunch break to get to the shop. Once I arrived the lady was super sweet. Granted I already have a nose piercing and hoop I just wanted to buy the gold hoop. Without asking me she installed the hoop and charged an extra fee for installing it when I only wanted to purchase the jewelry. At the end they charged me the jewelry and an installation fee. Then on top of that asked me for a tip.... Just bummed with the misquote, extra fee for putting in the hoop when I did not want them to, and asking for a tip when they already charged me to put the hoop in.

Kat was really sweet and accommodating. She explained everything really carefully and answered all of my questions. She definitely made me feel better about getting my piercing when I was nervous lol. Thanks :)

Kat is such an amazing sales lady, she was so patient with all my inquiries! I got a tragus piercing. Healing smoothly. Cost about 110 with a Swarovski stud!

Went in as a walk in for a nose piercing and had the best experience! Kat was so kind and I felt very safe getting my piercing. I had a traumatic piercing experience when I was a kid and explained feeling anxious because of that to Kat. She took the time to walk me through the steps and make sure I was comfortable. I didn’t catch the name of the other employee, but they both took the time to answer my questions and I didn’t feel rushed at any point in the process. I live in the Bay now, but I will definitely come back here to get future piercings when I visit family.

Highly recommend coming here for your piercings! Kathleen did an amazing job with my helix piercing! She was incredibly sweet, super informative and extremely passionate about her job! The process of getting my helix pierced was super simple: I arrived at my appointed time. Chose a jewelry to go with my helix piercing (They had so many cute designs and each one varied with additional costs). Followed by sterilizing my ear and Kathleen did a really smooth and virtually painless job of giving me my helix piercing. I was literally in and out very quickly (I only stayed a bit longer since I had such a hard time trying to figure out which jewelry to go with in the beginning). Highly recommend coming here!! I'll definitely be back to do my other ear! Can't wait!!

I went to get my nose pierced and Kat was the best! She was very clear on what to expect and she made me feel safe! There wasn't any awkwardness, or pressure to buy other jewelry too . I love how she walked me through the process and made sure I felt comfortable. She was chill , we had great conversation and I LOVE how my piercing came out. I would definitely go back to her .

I've been here 3 separate times and all have been pleasant. Yes they are extremely busy on the weekends and I do recommend that clients make appointments. They do greet as you come through the door. Be patient people, even if you do have appointments. The gents and ladies that are piercing us only have two hands, two eyes,and two ears. Ask questions and they will reciprocate nicely, be arses and you get what you deserve! I will come back again and again, time after time. I really had a wonderful conversation with Boge because she explained her background with piercing and a new piercing for me. So Miss magic fingers did a wonderful piercing. Oh and it's been 10 days since the ( daith) with no discomfort very little swelling and healing so well, Thank you Boge! I'm already for another! That's all...
