They had what I needed and the purple hair girl and the cashier guy were very nice. Had helped with my questions and genuinely seemed interested in my project. I'm grateful for their help.

Joann's is currently struggling financially and closing a lot of stores. This may account for some of the issues mentioned by other reviewers. I really hope this location is not next on the chopping block. It has been my go to place for my arts and crafts needs for many years. My primary crafts are knit/crochet and, while not as plentiful as some of the bigger stores, this Joann's has a very decent yarn collection. The staff there have been very friendly. I will continue to support my local Joann's.

Everything was great and i found these decent sized pom poms for my Cat to play with. Best part of the whole experience besides the really nice cashier guy was that i got this pack of 4 pom poms for $1.09 with taxes included. My cat prefers to play with stuff like this plus bags and boxes than the expensive toys that come inside the boxes ?

This store is not as well well stocked as before;the actual store is falling apart. The store personnel are helpful but the store itself is gross. Whoever leases this place should be called to account . I feel sorry for the staff.

Jessica was so rude. I was doing an exchange for another item for $30 and she was so upset. I was so confused I had to ask her if I was doing anything wrong because she was so aggressive angry. I've never felt more uncomfortable. She was so unprofessional. Considering the small selection and and over priced items and poor customer service, I would rather drive out of my way to an actual fabric or crafts store.

Maybe it's because I've seen a few joanns but I was not too impressed by this one. There were a lot of simple items that needed an employee to unlock to purchase. I get theft is an issue but it comes off as tacky. There was also a weird motion detector thing down one aisle that would loudly announce that "an employee is nearby for assistance" when I moved. I didn't want to be in that aisle long and keep triggering the message to go off. Very annoying. Yarn selection wasn't as large as I've seen at other joanns either. The employees were super nice, no issues there.

One staff member was snippy/rude -twice berating a little before I had a chance to explain exactly what I needed help with.Left a bad taste in my mouth; it was an uncomfortable experience and I didn’t expect an interaction like that given the other reviews. Luckily the cashier when I was checking out was very friendly and congenial.

I had order pickup and the email says to go to checkout and get in line with my ID. I wait in their long line only for them to tell me that it's at the cut fabric section. There was no sign to indicate that the order pickup is at a different location and the attitude of the cashier was bad. Save your time and do curbside

They always have what I need. I always replace my car headliners with their faux suede/alcantra fabric. It's got a nice backing on it that can take on some spray glue without bleeding thru. I also needed some sailors needles (the crescent shaped ones) to do some car upholstery repairs, as well as automotive threading that is stronger and weather proof.

Don't shop here without downloading the app to access available coupons/ discounts. Clean store & helpful service. THE BAD: COSTCO customers swarm the same parking lot making it difficult & time consuming to access Joann's. What a headache!

They are not the biggest store in the Joann Fabrics chain, so they don’t have everything, but they do have most crafting supplies and a helpful staff
