Joann's is currently struggling financially and closing a lot of stores. This may account for some of the issues mentioned by other reviewers. I really hope this location is not next on the chopping block. It has been my go to place for my arts and crafts needs for many years. My primary crafts are knit/crochet and, while not as plentiful as some of the bigger stores, this Joann's has a very decent yarn collection. The staff there have been very friendly. I will continue to support my local Joann's.

Everything was great and i found these decent sized pom poms for my Cat to play with. Best part of the whole experience besides the really nice cashier guy was that i got this pack of 4 pom poms for $1.09 with taxes included. My cat prefers to play with stuff like this plus bags and boxes than the expensive toys that come inside the boxes ?

This store is not as well well stocked as before;the actual store is falling apart. The store personnel are helpful but the store itself is gross. Whoever leases this place should be called to account . I feel sorry for the staff.

Jessica was so rude. I was doing an exchange for another item for $30 and she was so upset. I was so confused I had to ask her if I was doing anything wrong because she was so aggressive angry. I've never felt more uncomfortable. She was so unprofessional. Considering the small selection and and over priced items and poor customer service, I would rather drive out of my way to an actual fabric or crafts store.

Nice clean store. I went early for ease of parking. I shopped only for fabric, didn't look at anything else.
