My wiper blades were not checked, windows not cleaned, and I’ve never been asked for a vacuuming and this is supposed to be part of the service. With missing the basics, I highly doubt my tire pressure was checked. After paying $80+ dollars for a complete service I totally feel ripped off. I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube to perform a surprise test so they can see the lack of service being provided. I cannot express my disappointment enough.

Great Service went in no appointment Adrian was clear conscise and staff were efficient spent about 15-20 mins was about 3 cars ahead of me but got.me out I cannot complain great spot

Lazaro, ,Dominic assisted me senior citizen informed on each step. Another Employye gave me info on how to use my email.❤️I lost my go too mechanic and returned to my favorite jiffy lube. I use to go to one near El Monte. These folks are ready to rock and roll and I was in minutes after I arrived and out in the time it takes to change my oil. I can’t change oil worth a darn?As I waited I liked seeing other employees keeping busy cleaning windows in side and just other duties. Great Thursday with these fellas!
