“The service was awesome and they answered all of my questions amazing. I was a bit shocked when I was quoted $10 cheaper over the phone and I drove 35 minutes while on my lunch break to get to the shop. Once I arrived the lady was super sweet. Granted I already have a nose piercing and hoop I just wanted to buy the gold hoop. Without asking me she installed the hoop and charged an extra fee for installing it when I only wanted to purchase the jewelry. At the end they charged me the jewelry and an installation fee. Then on top of that asked me for a tip.... Just bummed with the misquote, extra fee for putting in the hoop when I did not want them to, and asking for a tip when they already charged me to put the hoop in.”

After Covid-19 has calmed down and business were slowly starting to open we passed by to see if she was open and the place is up for lease.
