Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT do your taxes at this location. From start to finish the professionalism was a joke and when I questioned why a simple filing , no dependents, no write offs, NOTHING can end up costing me $230 I got no answer. I then asked the "Manager" Linda, to explain the fee and I couldnt believe how rude and defensive she got. I paid and left only to find that a mistake was made so i went back & was told it was my fault and it will cost me$150 to amend the filing..thats when I'd had enough & repeatedly pointed out their error until they finally couldnt ignore me anymore and fixed the error all the while I'm staring at them, daring them to try & squeeze 1 more dime out of me! The Reps are Idiots but LINDA is the club President of idiots

Terrible preparers. If you want to wait a week and have them complete it the day that taxes are due, come to this location.

My personal tax consultant Ron Kincaid was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood all the different forms required for this year's tax filing. I'm a fan and going forward will be using Ron if he's available.
