Very nice staff member Dave. Warm, friendly, no pressure, and gave us space. He was attentive, and made us feel like family. We honestly would have purchased from him, but the store had very limited stock. Many of the models/options on display were not in fact available. The hand full that were available were not the best rated by consumer reports/the internet. They do next day delivery for free, but you have to complete the sale before 3pm the day before. There is $40 hail away fee for your old appliance. Pretty nice space, plenty of parking. We ended up going with Costco (free delivery and haul away) with purchase; but two days before delivery. Largely went with Costco because they had the better models in stock. Props to Dave. Great guy! Sorry the inventory was too low to close the sale on a desired model.

They sold an extended warranty on a Kitchenaide refrigerator…. The compressor went out and I have had 4 different service companies come out… wrong parts have been sent and I am caught in the middle. No one at Howard’s is willing to step in and help me sort this out… it has been 4 weeks with no success and no refrigerator…. Very dissapointed that no one is willing to step in and help me. Be ware… better off going to COSTCO,

I had an excellent experience buying a new washer/dryer at Howard's in Alhambra. Sarkis the manager patiently explained the features of each option and answered all of my questions. There was no pressure at all. Delivery was easy, and they took away my old machines for a small fee. Everything is working well. I will definitely start at Howard's next time I need to buy a new appliance.

Went here off of a recommendation from someone I know, who told me that there were a lot of open-box deals for fridges. There were indeed a number of selections at pretty competitive rates, but I didn't know if I'd end up purchasing anything that day. However, the service I received from Sarkis helped me make up my mind--he was attentive and informative from the moment he helped me to when he cashed me out with a new fridge in tow. He made what could have been a stressful process so much easier. Would definitely recommend going, not just for their wide selection but also for the friendly service!

this is an incredibly dishonest company and working with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. there’s been one problem after another but to make it short—I was sold a washer on the promise that it would dry a full load of laundry. this is completely false, it can only dry 1 maybe 2 tshirts at a time and takes 8hrs todo so. who the hell would ever want that! this company is trying to pay me off by offering me $200 cash. no way !!!!!!! my unit is crazy expensive and I need to swap it for one that works as promised. insanely terrible dishonest company DO NOT GIVE THESE THIEVES YOUR MONEY

I give this place one star because of the gentleman that offered to help in just a second. So.. when I walked in I saw this place was a packed house. I'm joking! Empty as can be. A salesman named Edward asked if he could help me and I asked if they had what I needed and he said no and walked himself all the way to the back of the store and into a back room. As he walked I said I'm not done asking for help, is that all you're going to help me with? Geez!?!? Well so much for good customer service. It's no wonder the store is empty. I'll take my business to Best Buy then. A further drive, but at least I know I will receive proper help. Selection.. horrible. Value.. Edward never gave me a chance to find that out. Lastly, I would never hire someone like that for my store. A VERY POOR representation of what customer service should be. Just saying, I'm only a customer.
