Employees are horrible, rude, ignorant, annoying and replying back with the same thing when proof was obviously showed. Even saying to look here and there and walked off to help other customers leaving people waiting.

Do not buy anything from them, the substandard furniture they sell will deteriorate in a matter of months, they know this and will sell it to you without any crisis of conscience. The customer service is especially awful. We were dissatisfied with the poor quality of the couch we bought. After less than a year it has compleatly fallen flat and deteriorated. When we bought the couch we were told their was a lifetime warranty on the cushions. When we reached out to the store to use the lifetime warranty, we were told their was nothing the store could do. They only sell they could do nothing to make the situation right. They made no effort to help and walked away when we asked why they would sell such a derelict piece of furniture.

Arrived, maps said it should be opened. They're closed. The door said they'll be back at 10 Am. It was in the afternoon, they're not there at all. Looks like I'll be buying my new desk at Ikea after all.

Really bad attitude and rude. Furniture seems to be old and low quality. Most of the display items just gather dust and if you're buying it, beware of any pre-existing conditions and scratches - as I'm sure the crazy owner lady won't take any returns. Best to stay away and go to larger corporate chain vendors.
