Surprisingly All was done very fast and no smell at all because this unique material made from nature and water base. “I had my bathroom remolded with them. They did a good job overall. I like that they are one stop shop where I can purchase the countertop, toilet, flooring, shower door, and cabinet mirror. Anna the project manager was responsive and helped me with all my questions and concern. The contractors spoke mainly Chinese but Anna helped translate for us. The only tip I have is confirming the contractors schedule as some of their contractors don’t work weekends and holidays.”

“Today I went in with my boyfriend to make him his set of keys for the house so he can have his own. We asked a worker in front where do we go make the keys I didn't get his name but he told us. We went to the kiosk and here comes the district manager Richard asking us if we need help. We said yes. He made 4 keys for us today. He was so friendly and helpful. He even got our names and shook our hands. He made the visit very helpful. Thank you to district manager Richard!”

“When I go to the Home Depot I always go through the Garden Center because Maria the cashier always welcome you. When I am ready to check out, I go to her and she is so patient and helpful. She even remembers things you spoke to her that had happened to you as asks how things are going now. She makes you feel as if you are the most important customer i the store. “At my local store, finding a Home Depot employee to get an item out of the locked cages has taken me 45 minutes. Anytime you need help or have a question, be prepared to wait. The self check out is deplorable; I absolutely hate them. I will go somewhere else to buy what I need when self check out is the only option available at The Home Depot.
Update: I went in today and they had 4 people directing and helping people at the self check out. They only have 4 self check stations. So how is it that this saves either the customer or the business time and or money.”
