Harbor freight tool store is New in Alhambra, on Valley Blvd and Atlantic, San Gabriel Valley. It has the best price of any hardware store. All kinds of merchandise tool for your hobbies, auto mechanic, and home repair. Excellent prices. Also, lots of disconnect coupon, but you must sign up online on the Internet. I purchased ammo box for $3 each with discount coupon 50% off, And the staffs are helpful and friendly help me with my online discount coupon. "Unbelievable price". I highly recommend it.

New store, New carts! I have never before seen new Harbor Freight shopping carts! Big store, wide isles. Seems like they need better management at the Alhambra store. Friday at 4pm, the store had at least 3 employees walking around the store. They only had one cashier, with a line of 7 customers. It took the management far too long to address the needs of the customer and the needs of the business. Taking people's money for your products.

Low prices, atrocious customer service. Straight !ots-idi I was waiting in line ready to pay but there was a gentleman at the counter asking question after question. There was a guy right behind him waiting as well. The phone rang and Einstein was researching something for the guy on the phone as well. After about 20 minutes, line is bigger but no other cashiers. Then genius finally called another cashier. The other rocket scientist comes then gets on the phone and starts a never ending conversation that ends up with the brain surgeon finally figuring out the caller thought he was calling home depot. What are they putting in the water ovrr there? Make the people on the phone wait. Provide good service to the customers that are intelligent enough to figure out what they need on their own. Use your noodle for once. If you upset the person on the phone, chances are likely that they are not making a purchase anyway. Then when I was finally helped, the cashier tried to sound like she's great at customer service by being overly aggressive and loud trying to get my address so they can flood my mailbox with junk mail. If you want to provide excellent customer service maybe provide me with a quick and convenient way to pay for my items.

Just shop at their store today. Everything is well organized, nice and neat. The store was very clean and the employees have good service. Well done Harbor Freight Tools. The pricings are good and reasonable.Thank YOU for opening the store in Alhambra. I will shop at this store again.

Harbor Freight used to be my favorite hardware store. But had a horrible experience at the Alhambra location. Worst customer service ever. Would never come back and would tell all family and friends to avoid this place.

Friendly staff but the cashier line takes forever. Purchases are not worth the wait, esp if you risk needing to return something. It will take all their manpower to try and come up with a solution since systems don't seem up-to-date. I started waiting in line at 3:00 and finished at 3:25. Should not take 25 minutes to return some sandpaper.

Find parts and tools I have trouble finding at other stores. Staff is responsive and can tell you quickly whether or not they have a part in stock. Saves me time

This location is new and fresh. Doesn't smell like motor oil. The people that helped us out were really nice. There's always a weekly coupon so I got 20% off one item, that was great! The building is very large and is well air conditioned.

Happy to see a Harbor Freight in the area. The Pasadena store was the closest before this opened, and that one is getting real run down looking these days.There's plenty of parking, staff is nice, and they seem to have more in stock.

Great shopping experience, I enjoy walking around and browsing their sales. I always find stuff I forget I'm looking for when doing that. Sometimes the stuff I find was the stuff I bought on Amazon for more.

My recent visit to Harbor Freight left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I had high hopes of purchasing a lawn mower there, but unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of my expectations.Upon entering, I made the mistake of using a cart that seemed available to customers, but apparently, it was meant exclusively for employees. Instead of politely informing me about the cart's purpose, the staff member chose to be rude and actually yelled at me. This unnecessary confrontation left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome as a customer. He didn't offer to help me move the mower, he just left. Feeling disheartened by this encounter, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I promptly headed to Home Depot, where I found the perfect lawn mower without any drama or rude behavior. The contrast in customer service was evident, and it only confirmed my decision to not return to Harbor Freight.

New store. Look's like need a little more work to be completed probably too much space. Associates not too friendly but just ok. Perfect for all San Gabriel valley residents to no make a trip to Pasadena.

Very disappointed I went there to by few tools & asked for free bucket . The cashier said we are out of it. I asked why don’t you have a sign to say you are out of it?I went different store they had plenty of buckets.
