PK was a great help. She was very thorough and kind and answered every question I have before the purchase of the vehicle, during, and after. She is honest and cares about her customers. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchase and she showed me the ins and outs of the car and I learn some new features that I did not know the 2025 Honda civic had. This is my second car with Goudy and my 3rd one will be with Goudy as well. I recommend anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle come to Goudy first. They have the best customer service by far from all the dealerships I visited before this purchase. During the paperwork process a gentleman who has been with Goudy for 20 plus years assisted me. While the process took some time the time flew by. He was kind, explained all the packages and warranty Goudy offered and helped me choose the packages that fit my needs. We took our Honda CR-V to Gaudy Honda for a misfire code. Service advisor recommended $4000 of repairs including Fuel Injector Replacement, Valve Timing, Valve Cover Gasket , Intake boot & Serpentine belt. They also gave us a low-ball trade-in offer as a 'courtesy' and then pressured multiple times over the next several weeks asking for the trade in and offered a 'good deal' to sell us another car.
Our friend inspected our service records and the vehicle, replaced the spark plugs and a torn intake boot. He advised us the only problem was an unmetered air leak in the intake due to torn intake boot causing loss of power and misfire. The cost of parts was only $100 and the car ran great afterwards. Gaudy Honda tried to juke us out of this car and then sell us another one over a torn intake boot.
This is precisely what mistrust of dealers and mechanics is made of. I'd give zero stars if possible for abusing our trust.
