I love a full body workout and enjoy the motivation from going to a group fitness class. I was in town for work and researched what was in the area. I reached out to Charles from Fit Body Boot Camp to inquire about their classes. He was very responsive via email and offered the first class for free. He also explained that the classes were circuits, which are my favorite, so I asked him to book me for an upcoming Wednesday morning class at 6:30am. There were two coaches. I can't remember their names, but I thought they were really fun. I appreciated their energy, especially the coach on the mic, who was the best hype man ever. They did a good job offering modifications to progress or regress exercises. For example, I spotted a 20 lb medicine ball, but one of the coaches gave me a 25lb ball to try. Additionally, one of the coaches helped me reduce the weight on the sled after seeing me struggle with the current weight. I felt that I had an overall great workout. The class entailed of 10 stations with 3 sets of 45 minutes on and 15 seconds off. It was a cardio day, but there was a whole variety of exercises that also added resistance. Lastly, the students were really nice. When I mentioned that I was new, a couple of students greeted me and gave me the low down on what to expect. I got a strong sense of community, which is always a bonus.

The first day was fine. There were two coaches, and I had a partner, so I was able to observe and figure out what to do at each session. The third session I never wanted to go back. There was only one coach, and I had no partner. The signs were abbreviated and gave no hint as to what each station was about. And the coach doesn't care at all about who you are or what state your body is in. When you tell them you can't do a certain exercise properly due to chronic conditions, and you need time they make you feel like crap. Sometimes I waited at a station the whole time because I couldn't remember what I was supposed to do there, but by the time a coach is able to help, time's already up. Also, the people attending are rude. They were in the hallway talking smack about how they hate new people. Any motivated to go was drained and to didn't go back to finish my trial. Getting motivated to work out is hard enough without the toxic environment and lack of support.

Really love this gym! It keeps me motivated and has been helping me with my fitness journey. The coaches are very accommodating to everyone's own needs. As I have reoccuring back and knee pain, it's been a great place where I don't feel the pressure to keep up with everyone else. They push and encourage you but they don't hover over you. The workouts go by so much faster here while having fun. I've gotten stronger and feel better. Thanks coaches!

I have been a member of FBBC since it opened back in March 2020. The community was great and the original team of coaches were caring, attentive, and motivating (shout out to the original team: Tina, Austin, Tanner, and Jasmine!). Even Coach Charles, one of the owners, was super involved and would help out with leading the workouts. One thing that really drew me to this place was the community/family feel and the emphasis on body AND mind. At the end of each workout, one of the coaches would end with a short motivational message before we left. Most of the people that I started out with have left now with the exception of a few faces. The coaches have also changed. There's less of a family/community feel. Instead, it has just become a place to get my exercise in. There's no more motivational message at the end.....just a quick collective shout "Don't quit!" before everyone exits and heads off to their cars.In general, I usually go during the week and get my exercise in. My usual coaches, Jasmine and Martin, are friendly and upbeat. Today, I decided to attend the Saturday workout. I should have just stayed home. When the workout started, the music was blasting and extremely loud. I love listening to music and find it motivating but it's a problem when you can't hear the coach giving the instructions. This is a gym....not a dance club. I asked the coach, Rick, if he could turn the volume down and he gave me (what looked like) a look of disdain and turned down the music slightly as if it were a bother to him. And then as the next song came on, the music returned to the same volume and then became even louder (I don't know if it was just the audio system or if he just decided to put the volume back up). I didn't even bother asking him to turn it down again because it felt like I would be "bothering" him. He seemed busy walking and dancing around and yelling out instructions. The music was so loud that I couldn't hear his instructions (even though he was yelling into his microphone) and there were even times when I ended up missing his cue to either rotate to the next station or to stop for the quick break in between sets so I ended up exercising through. I eventually just tried to keep my eye on the clock and would just watch my partner so that I'd know when to stop in between sets. This was the first time where I actually just wanted to walk out and leave in the middle of the session.*On a side note, when I've asked the other coach, Martin, to adjust the volume of the music during class because it was too loud, he has always responded in a kind and caring manner.

Pretty spacious studio. 45 seconds set x 3 with 10 stations. 30 min class. You can take unlimited classes. There is no contract. No late cancellations fees or anything. There are 2 coaches per class. I feel like the coaches could be more productive in correcting people forms. Sometimes they are just walking around. Also, they need to play better and updated/current music. Music tends to stop alot. There isnt a good flow of music with the sets.

My favorite gym in Alhambra. I am so happy I joined this gym. Here is why. 1. There is usually more than one coach in each class so if you are new to working out or haven't worked out in years (like me) they have people walking around helping you with your posture and form. Which you you don't get at a regular gym. 2. I go to morning class with coach Jennifer and she is very positive. It feels like there is a mental health awareness to the class and the whole vibe from the coaches. So, you don't leave the gym absolutely hating your self. I'm sorry, but i have been to gyms that just made me feel bad. 3. You're not signing your life away with a membership. I think it's pretty flexible to end membership if need be. No ridiculous fees or year long commitments. (Which kept me from signing up to other gyms) 4. They have pretty awesome challenges. I just signed up for one. And, I am so happy I did. Keeps me motivated and accountable. They have MONEY prices. How cool is that.?! This private gym is really worth the extra if ANY cost to the membership.

Love this bootcamp! The classes are only 30 minutes but you can take as many classes as you like. I pay around $100 per month, they have classes every day at different times of the day.

I joined in October 2020. I never had a solid routine and consistency was never my strong suit until I joined Fit Body. At the time of this review, I'm almost at my 400th session. I do a double session each time. I have greater endurance and strength since my first session and my body fat has consistently gone down. They focus on full body workouts and each day the workouts are different. 30 minutes a session. All the coaches are very motivating and each have their own unique training style. All coaches are available to answer questions when you have them. There will be at least 2 coaches at each session. Enough eyes see who need their form corrected or who is slowing down. Customer service is amazing and "extra customer service" to push you harder. They have an In-Body machine! These machines accurately measure your muscle mass, body fat, and water weight. So, you'll get a good analysis of how your body is doing. It's a great community here. See ya there! :)
