Fidelity Copier staff are beyond professional, efficient, and caring. My printer at my dental office broke suddenly. Within less than 24 hours of contacting the office, they sent a team to help me fix my printer and I got a new printer as well for my second location. The staff were kind enough to come to my office after hours to help me out. I highly recommend their services for any healthcare offices because they will accommodate their hours. More importantly, they were very honest in helping me fix the broken printer.

Josh and his team are great and very professional! We recommend that you take a look at the options they have! They gave us better equipment and we were able to control our copy usage at no additional cost! Give Fidelity Copier Solutions a serious look. I did and it was worth it!

The owner is one of the most honest, kind, and professional individuals I have ever met. I opened up my own company and deiced to get a copier machine for my new business. I recently had an great experience with Fidelity Copier. I rarely give reviews to companies but I have been a long time customer with them so i thought I should give them one. I purchased a copier from them 1 year ago. Whenever something is wrong with my copier, a technician comes and fixes it quickly. They are also flexible with prices. They helped me save almost 500$ when i bought the copier from them. They also gave me free delivery since I was in the area. I was very happy with their service.
