Very unprofessional here I do not recommend anybody coming here for any type of job. I came here for an alignment. Once the job was done. I spoke with the front desk. They said if I have any questions about how the job I can ask the mechanic who is test driving my car. The guy said his name is Matt to speak with the mechanic who is test driving my car and he will give me information of what was done to the car any problems so I go outside and I speak with him and I’m asking him. Oh it is there any issues, any problems? Did you guys fix the problem with the steering wheel going to the right and when I was done talking I was waiting for a response and he was very quiet And he tells me I don’t speak any English. so that didn’t make me comfortable knowing that whoever’s working on my vehicle can’t even talk to me in English or any type of way so I know what’s wrong with my car so I walk back inside the office and I and I’m speaking to Matt and he’s telling me everything’s Ok. So I take my car out to drive and I get the same issue that I came in for And I had to drive back again. the second time they supposedly fix my car again and I have the same issue the steering wheel moving to the right. so I go back again for the third time they supposedly fix the issue. so I go and drive my car again once they’re done for the third time and the same issue is going They do not know how to fix anything. Charged me $88 to not even do the job right. Today I go to a different shop and they do the same job and they did it correctly. But they told me since my alignment was off for 2 months, it ate up the inside of my new front tires. So I had to pay for new tires again. Total of $330. If EZ would have done the job right it would have just been $88. Don’t come here. Waste of time and money.

I take my Subaru Impreza here all the time. Owner is really nice and gives honest prices. I came in thinking I needed new shocks and he told me that I was good for another X amount of miles. Definitely not the kind of upsell you.

Don't come here! Change a repair shop! The attitude of the shop workers is very bad! I called to make an appointment to change the tire, and the boss asked me to come, but I came and waited for an hour and still didn't fix my car! The worker said it was a break time, and after a 15-minute break, he started to repair my car! Waited for 90 minutes! Very slow! The staff was not very professional!

Very friendly, very to the point in the best way, very professional, and solid prices. I made an appointment, they honored the time, they gave a time estimate that was correct, and I was very satisfied with my service and experience.

I had such an amazing experience here!! I've neglected my car a bit and went in for 4 new tires, oil change and alignment. Everything was such a reasonable price and while I was waiting for my car they updated me on things they recommend that I fix. Super communicative!! A little After my tire change I had a low air pressure light go off and when I went back they checked and found a nail. They patched it free of charge! Couldn't recommend this place enough!!

(+) walk-in available. was 'drifting' for over 100 miles. had to sacrifice due to family event. installed new tires and there was no walk in service from san diego (+) great customer service, quick & fast (+) reasonable price for wheel alignment, thank you very much

2 times this shop really helped me out.A few months ago Firestone turned me away for installing tires I bought from Tire Rack. Said they were too old, which they weren't.This past weekend Firestone said they couldn't patch/repair a tire, because there were 2 nails. They didn't even bother taking the tire off the wheel to confirm. Just said no and that I needed to buy a tire from them for $330!Danny from EZ took tire off wheel, did visual inspection and patched it within 45 minutes.So the lesson is, DON'T go to Firestone. Go to these guys instead.

I've used this shop a couple times. They do the work and all is fine, not a 5 star but a decent 4. But the reason for this bad review was that my last experience as far as customer service was very poor. I called in regards to a quote, gave all the information needed in regards to the work I needed done but was still told they would have to call me back to give me quote. I understood and let a day go by, didn't hear back. Called again, call was declined but received a text asking how they can help me. I reiterated what I already told them with all the info needed for the quote. Never heard back and it's been 4 days. Keep in mind every other shop I called, I was given a quote on the initial phone call. I understand if they can't or did not want to do the work but any professional establishment would've let a potential customer know that instead of ignoring them.

This place definitely gets the job done, and is fairly priced. However, the customer service is basically non existent. The first time I took my car here, I had a very good experience. I got a few things done and they took a minute to explain that it looked like they'd never serviced my transmission at the other place I'd taken it to. Good looking out. They fixed everything, were communicative about what they were doing, how much it would cost, when to come back and pick it up. So I returned to get new tires. I asked about a certain tire and they basically said, "that's not economical" and said they'd put on some Nexen tires that come with a good warranty/etc. good looking out again, but I would have liked the opportunity to talk through the options rather than to just be told I didn't want that. When it came time to pay, I came into the office and asked a question, the two main guys just looked at me, speaking to each other in their preferred language and chuckling to themselves. An experience I don't think anyone likes. Hesitantly, I returned to get more work done. They took my name, took the car, said the price and then just walked away and started working on it. While it comes from a good place I suppose, they didn't tell me how long it would take, whether I should wait or come back later or really any communication at all. He just walked back in to say it was done about 30 minutes later. Then I walked out to retrieve my car and one of the guys had to drive it out into the street so another car could make it past. No problem, but then he proceeded to be gone for about 10 minutes while I just waited there in the driveway. No one said anything to me at all. Not about where he went, or when he would be back with my car. In summary, they do the work, they charge $100/hr as of fall 2023, but the customer service and communication are lacking and need improvement.
