What can I say that others haven’t said? Great service, friendly, and honest! I’m going on a roadtrip and wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to end up stranded in the desert, so I brought my car to be checked out. They did a good inspection of the car. Some wrote reviews saying that the people here have terrible service; maybe it’s the attitude you bring? They provide great service at a great price… do you want them to also wag their tail for you?

I recently took my Tahoe to Express General Auto Repair in Alhambra for an oil change and a check-up, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team was efficient and thorough, making sure everything was in great shape. Unlike the dealership, which claimed I needed new tires and brakes, the mechanics here were honest and confirmed that everything was fine. It's dope to find a repair shop that you can trust. I'll definitely be coming back for all my auto maintenance needs.

These are the kind of mechanics you need, I told myself...i brought in my truck to get a checkup before a desert trip and a regulator fix. They heard the misfire and I told him about the check engine light, the one that Spence and Frye took a thousand and some dollars to not fix it. Paul got obsessed about it and asked if he could keep it overnight -- he figured out the problem, which was two problems, the cylinder was fixed and he discovered that there was a contact messed up on the rear gate which was a ghost drain on the battery. Excellent work , and on a separate occasion John figured out a noise that I couldn't figure out and didn't charge for it

My experience is not the same as others on these reviews. brought in my vehicle for a fix, came out with other problems. The parts that they fixed, they removed other components from them that are needed (heat shields). Was also charged for something along the lines of expert cosultation? We talked about the check engine problems which I already knew about and told them about. Not a very good first impression.

This has been my shop for over 10years through 3 cars..I've always trusted Paul, he's a good guy! I try to recommend him to family but they don't listen, everyone recommends "their guy" so I get it, but this is the exception!

I simply asked if they repaired Mercedes' sunroof that won't close and the Asian man working the front was like "I can't I'm busy" like seriously? I'm just asking if you even repair this kinda issue you don't have to give me attitude about it. The mechanics looked willing to help. I won't even want to spend my money to snobby people.

The service so far is okay. I really do not like the way the mechanist pushing me to do other services with high prices or my car will be destroyed, and got mad when I didn't do. I checked computer what he said is not true, all he wanted is money.Service: General repairs & maintenance

He also threatened me that if I do not do it my car will be destroyed and got mad when I did not do it. I checked computer what he said is not true, all he wanted is money. He could suggest, but it was my decision based on my schedule and budget to do or not. His way was not acceptable.
