Accompanied my boss to the bank. My 6-year old kid was with me. Wanted to borrow the restroom but was refused and asked me to go to the restaurant next door. Will never use this bank!

Had been interacting with Vincent Wong, Assistant Vice President- Assistant Branch Manager at this Branch over 3 years now. Vincent is very helpful in all of our banking needs, and able to resolve all of our issues very timely and efficiently. We are so pleased with his service and appreciate all his help.

This review is only for the ATM on the 4th St side. Easy access as there is street parking right in front of the machine. Although it is just one machine I've never had to wait in line. It's ideal for a quick park and go. Hassle free.

Can't really say much about the bank itself since I don't bank with them, but the ATM outside is conveniently located and doesn't charge any fees at the time of this review.
