I have struggled for two weeks trying to edit and learn my online payment. Repeatedly being turned off by Customer service and with no results. Finally, calling E/W located at 1881 West Main in Alhambra for help. Joann Luu, a calm, and helpful assistant manager indeed. She took her time finding a way to help to resolve my problem. She set up and scheduled an appointment with Ms Cecilia Chong on April 12 morning for me. Cecilia was well mannered, patient, accommodating, understanding, dutiful, and pleasant. So friendly, always with a smile on her face. Both Joann and Cecilia have great customer service, East West should hire more employees like them. A special "Thanks" to both of them... With GOD's Blessing to you all!

The worst bank I have walk in to I went to this branch to deposit for wifey and the teller ask for my social, driver license, where I work and where I live come on wtf I deposit money I am not asking for money B**ch all you lazy a** should cheer your customers not to give hard time to your customer. Smh america bank is the best . Just don't know why how they run they business here in USA with the service and attitude they gave to they customer. Close it down america don't need a crooks bank like this . Never ever will walk in any of your branch so waste of time .

This place really needs to improve in customer service! My wife visits this branch twice a month to cash her work check and every time they give her a hard time about cashing it! To the extent of asking for a second Identification! Then having to call in for verification. To the point of them making her feel racially profiled. Really hope that they can improve in there ways of treating people in general. Just cause I have to give a star in order to post but I take that back! So no stars for this local branch
