We have been with Copy Solutions/Xerox for many years. They have always been responsive, and send a technician quickly. Dustin is super knowledgeable and always gives us great service! Very professional, always figures out the problem, and we highly recommend him! Thanks Dustin....you're the best!

My name is Payam, owner of Super Copy. I have been a customer for years, with Xerox 700 digital press, Xerox D136 and a couple other small ones. While the equipment is good, and the technicians have always been helpful, I have several major issues with Copy Solutions and Xerox in general. 1. The first major issue is that there was an error on the Copy Solutions part, in which they did not put us down as a reseller (we are a copy/print shop). So basically, we have been charged sales tax on our click charge. We disputed this repeatedly with Copy Solutions and Xerox but to no solution. Just so you know, I did the calculations and it was about $11,745 in sales tax over the duration of our leases that we should not have paid!!! 2. They fixed it after fighting with them for 5 years. 3. Once the 60 lease for the Xerox 700 was completed, they continued to send us bills, saying that since WE did not inform them of the lease being completed, that they renewed the lease for another 60 month term. Who in the right mind would pay for equipment all over again once its been paid off?? 4. They continued sending us bills for it, with late payments. To repeat, the printer was paid off, and we sold it the day it was paid off. 5. Of all the emails, phone calls, bad survey reviews, NOT ONCE did they reach out to see how they can remedy the situation, solve it, compensate us for being double taxed. 6. Now I am fighting with Xerox over bills they say are due. We have cleared this up with one Xerox rep, only for another Xerox rep to write us a month later saying bills are outstanding. 7. There is a MAJOR lack of communication on their end. I have emailed everyone, and cc'd everyone expressing my concerns and frustration and they still have not reached out, apologized or made any effort in customer service. There as NO customer relations management. People who have cleared our case seem to no longer work for the company, so what does that tell you... 8. We have had this business for over 25 years and have never seen such a lack of service, professionalism or accountability in any company we have ever dealt with. Again, the equipment was fine, and the technicians were great, but everything else having to do with Xerox and Copy Solutions has been terrible! Let's see if they even take this review seriously.

Sales manager, Dustin Snyder, is difficult to get ahold of. Every time there is a problem, he is not around. Bad customer service.

Great business! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Eric walked me through all of the information and explained which machine would be the most helpful for me. I would definitely use these guys again!
