“I appreciate the Scout master's commitment and parents support. This is an active troop. While each troop is different, my son has enjoyed horseback riding, 20 mile bike rides, camporees, and more. The pandemic has slowed our activities down, but we still managed to do rock climbing and bike riding. As a Boy Scout myself, I appreciate the structure and values that scouting brings. Not all parents appreciate the structure or rules, but scouting is not for everyone.”
