Never thought that the savings bonds I purchased 25 ago would get me out of this pickle of life I'm in. Thanks to Jennifer and the manager Valerie, I was able to cash out my savings bonds. Which seemed like a tedious transaction because i had 33 of them, and each one had to be an individual transaction. Gesh!!!! But well worth it. It comes to show you that if they want to help, they really can help.

Walked.into this Chase Bank on Main St, in the Main Street Shopping mall in West Alhambra CA. Went in side the bank to the ATM before reaching a window. There is where we can withdrawal over $2,000 in one transaction. I went in to withdrawal my rent money to go to Super Store #2 on Atlantic/ Alhambra Rd, to purchase money orders to mail my rent, but, that's a whole separate review, so stay tuned for that one shortly. As a loyal customer, dealing with Chase in this branch has been quite frustrating and time consuming. I had to make two visits to their office to obtain accurate information, not including whom are also impacted. It's crucial for the customer service team to undergo proper training to avoid providing misleading information with unwarranted confidence.

In the first office on the left after entering the door, I found the account manager who handled the business. She was very nice, young, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. Her work attitude was very professional, and the satisfaction rating was 5 stars. Thank you ?Miss Tan

ATM service is great that's all. I don't like to deal with staffs and other services. Big bank don't deal with you as a person but do treat you as a number.

I love ❤️ this bank. I can’t walk very far or stand up very long because I’m disabled. When the line is long, I take a seat in the lobby chairs. Every time the bank manager comes to me with what I need. I give him my debit card an ID. He handles everything. Great manager, employees, and I’m so happy with their service. Thank you so much

Doesn’t pick up the phone. Apparently my question has to be answered by the branch directly since each state is different . And I checked the APP which doesn’t show the details. Great, now I have to drive to the branch because everyone is too lazy to answer the phone . I called right when the branch opens and yesterday in the afternoon multiple times in the span of 2 hours . What are the chances that everyone is with a customer when I called?
