Important things to know:i've been coming here for roughly a year, and would consider myself an intermediate-level boxer.the monthly fee is $150, but the problem is that the coach doesn't really do much, as he's always on his phone and not really actively teaching (barely does mitt training, doesn't actually coach). he's pretty lazy, and doesn't have the best attitude. at least they have a decent space for the bags.

Signed up and loving it so far, I was nervous at first. Thinking it would have your typical Testosterone guy trying to show their dominance. Everyone works together here, when the instructor is busy the rest of the guys don't mind helping you or giving you tips on how to better yourself. Very friendly staff and fellow gym goers! I'd recommend 10/10! First session is free, to see how you like it and if it's for you. Glad I joined

Gym is no frills type environment, professional boxing ring, five heavy bags of various sizes and shapes, one aqua bag, two double end bags, maize bag, cobra bag, and two speed bags. Jump ropes and conditioning equipment are available as well as loaner gloves. They have a full shop of well-priced equipment including gloves, hand wraps, protective equipment and mouthguards. One on premise bathroom and plenty of street parking (street sweeping on Thursdays). Great mix of gym goers including young professionals, seasoned veterans, college students and a lot of kids with their parents.

Great place to learn, train and get into shape. The real deal, a boxing gym full of professional and amateur boxers and plenty of people looking to get the best workout in. The coaches have actual experience and teach you based on your level of skill. Just starting? You will learn the proper way to box, from footwork, head movement, proper punches and functional combos. Have some experience? Carlos, Raul and Joey will build on what you have and add to your arsenal with experience hard earned in the ring. You truly get what you put into this gym, work hard and you will gain so much. With a more open gym type format, you will receive more one on one time with coaches and skill work tailored to your abilities. No classes to rush to with generalized instructions. Conditioning work is provided on top of the amazing workout that heavy bag work provides. Mitt work from coaches and technical sparring are definite highlights of a workout, while observant coaches and teammates are always happy to provide pointers and help when you need it.
