This was a nightmare my truck went in for a maintenance problem and came out worst than it went in for. Now the $2900 has gone up to $47,000.00. I was lied to for the service writer and the mechanic. The service manager is a joke will not return phone call. Now the BAR is involved. Do not use this dealership. You will be disappointed

Disappointed with the service department. Spent over 1500 dollars and the major issue didn't get fixed. The warning light is on as soon as I drove off the lot. Then, the mechanic and service advisor have to guess what the problem is and recommend random service advises after the car is already claimed to be ready for pick up.
No courtesy vehicle is given for services taking longer than 2 days. Was told to coordinate a rental on my own with Chrysler, so I can be reimbursed later.
They don't respond to you once the invoice is paid.

They are going to lie to you too much to get you a new car, I ruined my credit thanks to this dealer who only lied to me to get a new car.

If you decide to buy from this place, you should have a mindset that you won't need any further assistance in the future from this location. Because you won't get it. My salesman Edgar and Sales manager Edwin, won't return back your call, nor follow up to give you how to get it resolved on the wrong key that was given to you by them on your brand new car.
After 2 months of purchase, you still don't get the at resolved.
Called in again today and spoke with customer services, he said both people are not there and transferred me to finance manager Albert, got to voicemail. Left voicemail and haven’t heard back.
--------------------- Update: decided to upgrade from 1 star to 3 stars based on below.
After several attempts calling David, the GSM as offered, it went to voicemail and redirected by the staff, yet nothing being resolved.
2 days ago i was in the area for lunch and decided to stop by to see what's up, then a new salesperson was helping and ultimately David came out to help, and he gave me his direct cell phone.
As for manager Edwin, he claimed that he never received my text message nor calls nor voicemail so i had to show him my text message to him.
I was told that someone will call me back in 2 weeks to go get the wrong key they given me, so will see how it goes.

Excellent Customer service. The best dealership in the whole area. Staff are always polite, friendly and willing to help. My second time returning to purchase a new vehicle. Bravo Alhambra dealership was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had and deserves 0 stars. ALL of the workers there are incompetent and lazy. I brought my vehicle on Saturday for a KEY FOB issue needing assessed. What I was told was to drop off my vehicle because they are under staffed (for one of their busiest days of the week-Saturday) and they would call me before closing at 5pm. I never got that call so I made a call at 430pm and was told my service guy “Randy” was gone for the day and that I would receive a call first thing Monday morning. That never happened. Monday Tuesday, and Wednesday, I never got a call so I finally made another call Thursday, a whole 4 days later, and was told “Randy” was not working that day. I said to have my car ready for pick up by 10am. When I arrived there were a bunch of well groomed folks giggling and talking at the front counter doing absolutely nothing. I asked for my car to be brought up immediately. I learned that my car was never serviced in 4 days time and I never received a phone call once about an assessment or diagnosis of the key fob. I came to Glendale Dodge and Jeep dealership instead and was greeted right away by professionals and was told they can see me right away and the service will be 1 hour for a new key fob. Bravo, you all wasted my time and lost what could have been a loyal customer. Horrible horrible service!
