It looks like the majority of ratings are one star and I agree. I've been to this place twice and had negative experiences. The first was a few years ago so I don't remember all the details. Just that I had to ship an item via UPS and they were totally useless. All I remember them saying is that they couldn't do it. Just recently, I had to return an item to Canada via FedEx and the company sent me a pre-paid shipping label with customs paperwork. They told me to go to a FedEx shipping center and they could provide guidance on how to prepare the package for shipment. I went to Box-All and the were totally unhelpful. The lady said I had handle everything myself but she would sell me a bag and tape. Well, I went home and packed the item and attached the paperwork similar to how I received it and hoping for the best. I will never go to this business again. They have no idea what customer service is and shouldn't be in business.

They are very rude and do not offer help. I only came here because I wanted to meet the FedEx deadline. They did not scan my packages (which have a prepaid label) to have a receipt. I will NEVER come back again. They (the man and woman) display disgusting attitudes and I'll NEVER EVER EVER EVER even recommend my worst enemy to come here. PURE TRASH!!!

It says on the website and on the front of the store DHL location. But went inside and they say they can’t do DHL. So basically just lie about what they can do. A wasted trip.

They will not scan your package if you have a pre-paid label. No receipts. If you have a QR code from UPS they will not honor it. Will send you to Main Street. Don't bother. Go to Main Street.

They didn't want to help me the refused to take my box and said it was to big the advertisement as taking any boxes to ship out for fed ex or ups they are horrible owners I should have read reviews before coming here

As other reviewers mentioned the lady is very rude. I showed up here 10 minutes before the next day air deadline time (at 4:50pm). I handed her my package and she threw it back to me and said he already left. I said well this needs to go out by today. And she looked at me like I was crazy and said "I don't know he left". She could have directed me to another store, apologized or something. Not coming back here.

I have never written a negative comment on any business, but this place is so bad that I feel obliged to let my neighbors know. For short, they do not honor their contract with UPS. Today his excuse for not honoring a return shipment, boxed and labeled (!), was that the box was too large. It was a showerhead... Yes, they do have a sign hidden behind the boxes, please find pic attached. My shipment was much smaller. Luckily, a UPS truck took it from me on the curbside.

I really hate dropping anything off here... It's only because it's down the street from my house and it's hella convenient. But I've never been to another business who could care less for their customers. When you enter, you are greated with judgy eyes that's asking you "why you bother me?" They're they're quick to say "no" to every request... Even something as standard as "can I get a receipt? How do rude people stay in business??? It's probably because of idiots like me who use their business out of convenience
