Terrible service from DHL, I do not recommend it, they are not reliable at all, first they gave me a delivery date in Mexico and they took the package two days before when the person was not available, they did not leave any notice, they only made an attempt to deliver and they returned me the package. I called and they told me that the Company cannot give me any refund because that office is a third party and is not directly with them, but well, they charge almost 100 dollars for a document, it was their mistake for giving me the wrong delivery date and only They tell me that if I want to send it again they will give me a discount, I will never use that service again, they are not professionals, they are a scam, if I could I would give them 0 stars, they don't deserve anything,

owner lady doesn't care about your business. Clearly had a UPS service sign on her door. Asked about dropping off a package and she didnt acept the box because too big only if is small than 12”. Asked her where I could drop off the package and said go somewhere alse.

It looks like the majority of ratings are one star and I agree. I've been to this place twice and had negative experiences. The first was a few years ago so I don't remember all the details. Just that I had to ship an item via UPS and they were totally useless. All I remember them saying is that they couldn't do it. Just recently, I had to return an item to Canada via FedEx and the company sent me a pre-paid shipping label with customs paperwork. They told me to go to a FedEx shipping center and they could provide guidance on how to prepare the package for shipment. I went to Box-All and the were totally unhelpful. The lady said I had handle everything myself but she would sell me a bag and tape. Well, I went home and packed the item and attached the paperwork similar to how I received it and hoping for the best. I will never go to this business again. They have no idea what customer service is and shouldn't be in business.

They are very rude and do not offer help. I only came here because I wanted to meet the FedEx deadline. They did not scan my packages (which have a prepaid label) to have a receipt. I will NEVER come back again. They (the man and woman) display disgusting attitudes and I'll NEVER EVER EVER EVER even recommend my worst enemy to come here. PURE TRASH!!!

It says on the website and on the front of the store DHL location. But went inside and they say they can’t do DHL. So basically just lie about what they can do. A wasted trip.

They will not scan your package if you have a pre-paid label. No receipts. If you have a QR code from UPS they will not honor it. Will send you to Main Street. Don't bother. Go to Main Street.
