Fred and his son are extremely knowledgeable in setting up your boxing equipment. They make in-house bags that are good quality and have a 10-year warranty. I bought 3 sand bags that weight 70 lbs to prevent my stand from walking or shifting when I'm throwing power punches and it's been stable like a sequoia tree 🌳
