I honestly can't say anything bad about Big5 . Costumer service was excellent. I had to return an item and they didn't ask me a million questions . Very respectful and helpful. Thank you .

I saw a pair of tennis shoes on sale called to check stock and the shoe department checked for me and told me they had one pair left of my size and offered to hold them for me and when I arrived there they were sitting at the front register with my name on them! These people ROCK!!!
