I went to the At&t store today and Kenneth helped me. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and courteous. I did not have to wait. I was helped within 5 mins of arriving in the store. Great service, thanks At&t.

The wait time is more than 30 minutes and the worker took the customer coming after me first just because they seemed to be non Asian.
