Was really hoping this place would be better. Grabbed a favorite beer, and didn’t think much of the store not being very clean… went home to discover the beer I had bought had mold all over the bottles. Check your items before buying.

If you want the stuff from Thailand, like pad Thai sauce or similar things in this area, just directly go to this place. Most things you cannot find in any market about Thai stuffs, you can find here.

They have Chinese products and fresh fish and live fish but you don't need to pay the expensive price. They have Chinese products that you don't find anywhere else, in addition to wildlife meats such as armadillo, deer, mink, as well as crocodile and more, live fish, clams, oysters and lobsters. an adventure to come to this market!

Management is terrible and poor customer service. I waited in line to get my fish clean nearly 20 minutes. Manager pulls her staff to help customers at the meat department who was in line after me. Then she ask me to wait because cleaning my fish would take longer. She has poor management skills, all customers should be help in order.

What a rubbish supermarket. The food is expensive and tastes terrible. I bought a bag of rice and it felt like an old memory from 6 years ago.

Products for Asian style are less expensive. Some produce is cheaper than the regular markets. They also have some American products, that can cost less.

shop there since man wah they can get burmese food they know r good why no one has loose leaves burmese milk tea or hongkong milk tea - get it ship direct from asia - burmese ones made in burma can be source from thailand border towns nga pi gyaw - home fried from scratch using no package fried onions or fried garlic - make it mild - it's usa not asia - just fried onions fried garlic with pounded dried shrimp n shrimp paste asian restaurants here need to use all mild ingredients or mixes or pastes n let eaters control the heat themselves - spicy doesn't mean hot - some spices r sweet like cinnamon some sour some numb some hot - black white pepper n ginger hot is ok but chilli pepper heat can worsen arthritis n hurt eyes - my mom n aunts eat chilli pepper until they can't flip in bed n went blind - take care

New owners AGAIN! As of July 11 2023 the nice Myanmar family (of Indian origin) that previously took over call it quits in just two years, due to lack of help as I was told. During their short tenure the market was actually doing pretty well due to the many varieties they've added such as a Burmese (Myanmar) section and ready to eat food, they even added a 'sushi' station! The new owner now is Pakistani-American. The store is being gutted out during my last recent visit on July 14 as we speak. It was a mess and I had to ask. According to sources he will be using a good amount of space as a wholesale business. Now I don't know what the fate will be but from what I'm hearing it doesn't sound too interesting, but do hope I am wrong about this! Will most of the signature 'Asian' items be revamped with new additions or will they turned the market into something entirely different? Whatever it is I hope they'll retained and make additional improvements. On a last note I'd like to thank 'Harrison', the previous family member that owned the store for his help and great customer service.

One of my all-time favorite neighborhood stores. With the same crew for decades, I am not surprised they all live under the same roof, like an orchestra, the whole team is humming along seamlessly. From picking up a newspaper, childhood snacks, produce, poultry, anything, even using their restroom. Especially the register ladies, are always accommodating as an auntie next door. I am not surprised this place may keep going for many years to come, as long as the loyal followers are alive.
