Spent 32 dollars for a “super wash”, it’s much worse than the auto wash! What made me mad is that they even lost my parking permit and I need to went back when their closed. I clean the car myself after that awfully car wash experience:((((((((

Advice before bringing your car... check your car well before washing because it happens that in store parking lots they collide and damage the cars and you don't notice... secondly, if it is very dirty, ask to soap it to look better... check well the finish, both the vacuuming and the drying... ask to wash the plastic mats, you can ask the managers for more information... and if you have any complaints, you can ask them to repeat the process, more vacuuming, more perfume, more washing and more drying...

Everytime I take I take the service gets worse. The last time I wash my car at the location they didn't even Vacuum the back seats. Not only that, they leave water marks on the car and then they expect a tip.

Paying the highest price for the service, you'll get the same effect as a coin-operated self-service car wash.
They wash cars really quickly! When they honked my car horn to tell me my car was done, I was amazed at how fast they were washing it. I got my tip ready and went up to him, then i opening the car door i saw my driver's seat and the passenger seat still had an old disposable floor mat from another car wash.
I asked him, "Didn't you vacuum this place?" After he threw away the paper and wiped it for me.
But even after checking, there was still dust on it, I can just wipe it off with my fingers！
I was so mad I wanted to drive away, but I told them, "Hey, this isn't good! You knew the price, right? You knew the price, right? What did you do? Why are the tires on the car next door shiny and mine aren't? Doesn't the most expensive price include maintenance of the tires? And I don't have anything fresh in my car too！Everyone's trying to make money, but you're making it too easy to get tips!

Let’s just say the wipe down guys are LAZY. I read the bad reviews so I was prepared to examine what I needed to look out for and sure enough, they are slacking on the interior cleaning. It’s like they just wipe the water off and that’s it. I went around the car and told them they needed to wipe this and that. Most of the spots they missed they claimed “It won’t come off”. Which is not true, after awhile of me not leaving, they got some other cleaning solution and it came right off….

They have a special on Wednesday all day. Wash, wax, vacuum, and clean inside the windows. Awesome work for 22.00, but just call to double check first before going, but I'm pretty sure it's that price. plus ofcourse a tip. Nicest job around here for that price. Awesome!

This is my 3rd time and no changes every time is the same no vacuum, the dash board and trim was not cleaned or wiped

Nice hours if your looking for a carwash that's open as early as 8am service is ok but not spot on compare to other carwash places for the price their charging atleast do a good job putting all the things included on the package and do a very good on drying and wiping the car. For the employees please do your job and don't rush cuz you want it done and get as many tips as you can Still a decent place though just needs a lot of improvement on the word CARWASH..

I don't usually take the time to write a review unless it's extremely good or the opposite. Unfortunately, Alhambra Car Wash off Main is the WORST car wash I've been to. I'm a local of LA/Alhambra and drove by so many times I decided to finally give it a try. WARNING: if you want to waste $35 come here. Otherwise, pls AVOID.POOR EXPERIENCE: I decided to come on a Monday (day off) hoping I would catch them when they weren't so busy. I opted to purchase the delux package at $35 assuming they would do a good job - BIG MISTAKE. No more than 10-15 minutes later they waved me down to pick up my car. I noticed dirt on the outside of my car, but didn't mind it much considering our environment elements. But once I opened the door I realized they DID NOT WIPE OR CLEAN a thing. It was obvious, they rushed through my car, mind you my car wasn't that dirty so figured they wouldn't have to spend too much time however I still expected a decent job to be done. First thing I noticed - there was DUST everywhere.+Dirt around and in the center counsel... at the very least I would think they would clean or wipe down what's visible to the driver but NOPE.Per picture, they barely vacuumed, barely wiped down the surface are and on top of all that. I found hand prints on the back of my seats... Very disappointed. WILL NOT RECOMMEND but WILL WARN MY FRIENDS/FAMILY. You're better off washing your car yourself or going elsewhere.

I've come in a few times for the Wednesday special of a reg wash & cleaning which in total is $22.99. With inflation at an all time high, I've noticed reg. car wash prices hike up at car washes local to myself. (Im in Sylmar, work in Pasadena)This is a good price in comparison to some of the other car washes.Now, as far as deep cleaning - they do not do that. This is great if you just want to wash off some dirt and vacuum the mats. They don't usually clean my doors and sometimes the cupholders or center console only look half-assed. This is ok for me (on occasion) as I don't mind cleaning it myself later.TODAY though, I needed the doors cleaned good and the cup holders cleaned better because im going to a wedding and just dont need the extra strife.. the guy offered to clean it further at no charge. I ended up tipping him $7 addt so in reality, it came out to $30 which is pretty much a "super wash" there. Just things to consider.

Sadly, I have to give this place a 1 star.I went here on a Wednesday to get a regular wash.The following day, I noticed that the case for my Ray Ban sunglasses was not where I usually put it, and it was open without the sunglasses inside. I checked the whole car, but it was not there. Looks like someone stole my sunglasses. Be careful with your valuables.Aside from the theft, the quality has gone down. I noticed that the interior was not completely clean, and there were still some marks on the windshield. I do not recommend going here.
