Very disappointed at the notary service of this AAA office. They misunderstood the basic Power of Attorney form and the Chinese speaking staff does not know how to properly conduct the question as a result misleading the customer to the wrong answer. They asked why the itemized field in the POA form was not lined out when the last box of all of the above box is already initialized by the principal. Then, the supervisor came to reinforce the mistake that was made, and if anyone attempted to make correction, it is in violation of their operating procedure. Bottom line they don’t know what they are doing or they don’t really want to provide such legal service because of their incompetence.

We went in to apply for an IDP and had the displeasure of working with Maria Elena Morales. She was condescending toward us from the moment we sat down. She nitpicked at our application criticizing my husband’s handwriting (and my husband’s penmanship is beyond excellent btw) and was very short with us for god knows what reason. When we asked her to clarify the instructions she gave us, she disdainfully stared at us and repeated herself condescendingly at us, all the while still unclear with her answers. She was not thorough in her work that after we had paid the fee and when she was literally handing over our permit, she insisted she could not because our drivers license was expiring in a few weeks (even though we had proof that it had been renewed). We went through the process of a refund and did NOT get the passport photos we brought in returned. She told us that we could come back and the photos could be taken there once we bring in new drivers license. Naturally, we were curious if we needed to bring extra cash to pay for the photos that was going to take for us. When we asked her, she scolded us and responded, “I JUST TOLD YOU THAT I WOULD TAKE THE PHOTOS!” Which, of course, did not answer our question.
I’m not one to write a review for subpar service but this was on another level. We decided to write this review so that others who come here can avoid being patronized by Maria Elena. It was more upsetting to us in hindsight that we kept politely answering all her questions with all our stupid “pleases” and “thank yous” the entire time she was “helping” us. What a complete waste of time!

I went in today and received the worse customer service from a young lady working the DMV desk at this location .. I asked for information and she had an attitude.. when it was time for her to give me my documents, she slammed them on the table .. so unprofessional.. why work in customer service if you do not like to assist customers in a courteous manner.

I've been coming here for years and never have I seen front receptionist act in a mean way. When I first came in I had DMV services to take care of and then was asked cash or card, I told her (young lady)that depends how much it is. she told me I don't know how much it is (in a very rude tone) ...like if I asked her the exact amount. I know she's just a receptionist
Uncomfortable the whole time I was there this was on 3/9/24 10:00am

The employees at this location are extremely rude and mean, especially the supervisor. Endless wait time and staff are just sitting there but not helping customers at all.

5 star service, not a long wait and comprehensive services available. Went for new plates and registration renewal. In and out in 35-40 minutes. Alfred and Zita were warm, understanding, and so kind. Give them a raise!

Serena was amazing to work with. Not only was she a kind and informative employee; she is also a car girl! She was extremely diligent in getting us the best rate possible. In addition, she also explained to us about future plans that would benefit us. I really appreciate that Serena was also able to work with my partner and answer his questions. Would highly recommend her!!

Service is great and well organized. I came on a weekday and it wasn't that bad compared to weekend. I checked in with a receptionist and they directed me to where I can pay for my insurance. Was in and out in like 5 minutes or less. Parking is in the lot shared with Jolibee, 99 ranch market, a save on pharmacy, etc.

I am visiting my insurance company to submited an application for disabled placard . Clerk checked my paper work and tell me to wait for my name to be called. 20 minutes pass by and I approached the clerk for her to tell me I still have to wait more time . Meanwhile other members just walked in and do their transactions. I expected more assistance for disabled people.

I come here each year to clear the insurance requirements for my cars. I have a cash deposit instead of insurance, which is perfectly legal. The first year they accepted it and issued the renewal but ever since then they never even try to help me. I’m not sure why I’m still a member since help with registration is one of their main services.

Excellent service. I was there to transfer the car registration from other states. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by employees with friendly and professional service. The greeter at the front desk and the lady who helped us were all friendly and knew exactly what we needed. Great jobs.
