A-1 was A+ great customer service, if we ever needed anything, they were always there to help. Facilities were always kept up, well maintained, with lots of safety features to keep unwanted elements out. Was never a hassle getting in either during business hours and outside of working hours.

not enough good things to say about this place! SUPER CLEAN, air conditioned, well lit, great layout, super safe, and the staff is amazing. one of the nicest storage places I've been too.

The office is poorly managed and they never answer the phone. Not even their customer service line could contact the main office. Their system is outdated and it’s just a mess. Do not recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience here today because of Kevin as well as Ele Sato-Tellames. They were both so sweet and kind and also provided me with top notch stellar service. When I arrived at A1 Kevin also made sure that all of my wishes were met as best as they possibly could and so I am more than happy now with my final result and so so thankful for his efforts to get me exactly what it is that I want :) I also met Maria the manager and she is a sweetheart as well. So glad I signed up with A1 out !

Online reservation was easy. The gentleman that was able to assist me over the phone was gracious enough to help me out in a minor issue. Overall, I appreciated the great service! Also was the only vendor able to provide the largest storage unit for our mutual client, which is a huge plus.

Clean and organized. Price is reasonable. Very secure by using key pad to gain access to only the floor to our storage unit. Would highly recommend it.

Update: After posting this, I received confirmation that they DO PRORATE LAST MONTH’s rent. I appreciate the rapid response from upper management re: this issue. They also agreed to freeze my rate increase.They have RAISED PRICES TWICE in the past year. Our unit went from $450 to now $640 per month. And they won’t prorate last month. Otherwise it is safe and clean.

I spoke to Kevin before i arrived there. And he was very helpful and friendly on the phone and in person. Went over the rental payments and procedures to enter their premises quick and efficient. Loved the place so modern. Got my two thumbs up ??
