5/29/2024 3pm I bought lotto and some foods, the guy tattoo in both arms gave me burnt dark hot dog. Then I ask fresh hot dog he said he don’t have one. I ask for refunds because I can’t eat this hard burnt hot dog. He gave tons of excuses and refused to give me refund. He said come tomorrow morning and threw the burnt hotdog. He yelling three times to me and I told him don’t yelling to me. And then everything he did were my faults. Burning hot dog are cause by keep on roller heat long. I met this twice in 7/11 one 7/11 guy burnt hot dog and said he wouldn’t charged me. But I said no thank you. I can’t eat it. The 7/11 I went is 1723 W Main St.

The slurpees are always good, but sometimes there are homeless people living outside. The staff is nice.

This place charges you more and does not respect the pricing be careful. Worst 7 eleven ever. I told the clerk they charging more and she just laughed. Dont come here go to another one.

The attitude of a fat employee with a foreign accent is very sick. He looks at the girls with malice. He's sick. I think he's the son of the owner of the place. I don't like going with my family to that place.

I go to many 7-Elevens and coming to this one made me feel really comfortable. It is Busy store so sometimes there are lines but they do handle the lines pretty well. Thank you guys and keep doing a good job during these hard times

5/14/2022 I write these: I often come in this 7/11 store, it is very convenient location for me and all the workers are friendly and polite, cheap food and easy buy, I often use Apple Pay to shopping here, they give me good service and fast delivery. As a customer, I like to shopping with them. 7/11 always open 24 hours and help customers to get somethings. If you never been there, please try to shopping there and buy some pizza and chicken wings. For me, I like coconut water. How about you?

There is an elder man who is employed here with a very bad Customer Service Skills,rand a very bad attitude bad cashier experience skills. I asked for a return and he said he didn't know how to do it and that the manager would be there tomorrow. What employer would not train his employee to give returns or the difference on something when overcharged. Do you really think a manager is going to say oh , if you need a return just tell them to wait until tomorrow and when I come in I will do it for them. Imagine how many people would be waiting for a return the next day. This elder man was very rude and disrespectful and couldn't handle an easy situation and made it difficult . Every time that I have walked in there he has presented himself with a bad attitude as if I the customer bothers him if he doesn't want to work at a job where you have to deal with people than he shouldn't be working there. Doesn't he know every stores motto Good Customer Service must come first always. Apparently, he should take a class on good Customer Service. Now, the other employee who also works at night the tall guy now he knows Customer Service he should give the older man some lessons in Good Customer Service.

I like it here. I used my rewards and the man was nice. The only thing was, one time I went they didn't have my mocha coffee they usually had- machine was broken. But otherwise, easy accessible location and the rest of the items are stocked pretty well.

Waste of time. Short little dude working the register today I'm trying to Pay for my drink. Asked me to put my rewards, so I did. Price of the drink changed to 0.79c but he insisted I pay in cash if I wanted it for 79 cent. I said I only have card. He said to grab something else (chips or a drink from the refrigerator) and he would let me pay with card. I said "no I don't need anything else". He still insisted I get something else and I tried tapping my card to pay for me drink and he cancelled it. Insisting I get something else to purchase. I left without the drink. WASTE OF TIME.

Not very nice to you. We parked in front of the 711 to do laundry and didn't see the sign that said it was for 711 parking only. The owner came out and threatened us, said that he called the towing company and to move within 1 minute or he'll tow our car. He didn't ask nicely at all and pretty disrespectful
