Went here at 2:40 am on a Saturday to grab a quick bite because most places were closed and the doors were locked. The lights were on, but nobody was inside. I saw a bell next to the door so I pressed the button. After about 30 seconds someone from the back started walking towards the door and yelled "We're closed bro." And then just turned around and went to the back. I then checked the business hours and it clearly shows that it's open 24 hours. Then I searched on google maps and Yelp as well. Both clearly shows open 24 hours. I just needed something to eat cause I was starving. Guess I have to find another 7-11 that is open 24 hours.

I strongly do not recommend this location anymore. I prefer the one on Commonwealth and Atlantic even though this one is literally right around the corner from my home I would rather get in my car and drive for way better service ever since the new young children here have taken over the 7-Eleven on Garfield and Pine Street. It's been a total disaster, very disrespectful non-functioning people here they like to close the doors in the nighttime they don't answer the doors when you ring the bell they're always in the back doing God knows what, and the lady with the long hair in a ponytail and she's thin is always rude. For instance, I went in there pulled out money from the ATM and the ATM only have $20. I simply asked if I can have one $10 bill and 2 $5 bills she then reply do you have to buy some thing, but I told her I just got money out of your ATM. I just simply need the change I was going to be very nice and give it to a homeless person, but she didn't care and I'm short on cash so I can't just hand out $20 to somebody but I would like to hand out at least five dollars for somebody to go get some thing to eat. I do have a heart. I hope that all these young people here at 7-Eleven get removed and please put in some adults that don't mind working here that are friendly and polite and helpful. Even when I asked for my receipt, they don't even wanna give me my receipt. I am entitled to my receipt so therefore give me my receipt and take that ugly look off your face while I'm asking you for the receipt. Things really need to change here but definitely I'm not coming back and in the middle of the night don't even bother coming over here after 7 PM because there's too many druggies low lives Criminals roaming around here

Employees have no respect there is this one guy with glasses not to sure of the name but he is very disrespectful i know the young man going to college bit the overnight guy don't go when he's there he comes off wrong

I got ripped off. I gave the cashier a Fantasy 5 ticket that I had just checked on the scanner at the counter and showed that I had won several replays. He ran the ticket and told me it wasn't a winner, even though the ticket now had "cashed" printed on it when he gave it back. I scanned it again, and it now said that the winnings had been paid out. So he stole my replays. Not coming back to this store again...

This 7/11 has repeatedly tried to give me short change. Today $10. They purposely try to give you less change when you pay cash. Pls be aware!!!
