They can't charge you right. I bought 4 items that were labeled a dollar each. Came out to like 6.69. I asked if it was correct and he said yes then changed it. Then it came down to 5 69. Went to the other 711 bought the same items and it came out to 4.41. Now I have to call my bank.

Used to be my favorite 7/11, there is new management or something because the clerks are extremely rude.Response: What do you mean “that doesn’t sound right”?You have a review every few months saying how rude the clerk/cashier is. The store has a 2.7star rating. How far do you need to look into it? You are literally being told the issue.

Months ago I would've said I love this place but came here today and a complete different ethnicity is running the place which I don't mind but I do mind the cashier being on his phone the ENTIRE time I'm in there and when I was rung up the still spoke in his native tongue and didn't pause for a second even when I thanked him. Oh his name? Garry.

Tried to make small talk being friendly and it was a big mistake. Asked me "what?" loudly with a hostile tone and I repeated myself, she then scoffed at me for my ID ignoring what I said mumbling stuff to the younger lady next to her. The only thing I could make out that she mumbled was "white people". A Hispanic woman was before me and she had a full conversation with her happy as day, once I approached, whole demeanor changed. She closed her register for the younger lady to help. She is definitely an old racist who hates her job. What more can I expect from a 7-eleven? It's ridiculous the amount of ignorance you can receive just from trying to make small talk as a person with a different skin color. Normally I hate seeing people work minimum wage living paycheck to paycheck not reaching their fullest potential but honestly, that's where she belongs. Regardless, this experience still will not make me racist towards people who are of the Hispanic race. Its a sick butterfly effect and only the weak hearted become racist from experiencing racism just as she has. It's lack of education that makes the difference as to how most see the world, and others around them. Racists will always be the minority of the population no matter what race they are and will never succeed in life, we are a melting pot, get over it and live it it.

Walked in with my lady. I walked over to the self-service soda machine to serve ,2 Big Gulps, while my lady walked over to the beverage cooler to pick up some Ice Tea. When approaching counter I asked the cashier clerk if I can only be charged for a pack of cigarettes and my wife would pay for the 2 Big Gulps since she was going to purchase them with her snap card ( which is EBT Food ) when she told me my the cost which was $11.73, I thought,to myself... really for a pack of cigarettes?? When I had just bought a pack from another 711 that same morning and was $10.08? She ended up charging me for the , 2 Big Gulps for cash, as my wife was starting to give me a earful, when she told my wife she had already charged me and didn't apologize nor attempt to fix the situation as if we were no longer standing there. So I found that kind of rude. So reminder: to all entering this 711 on W. Commonwealth in Alhambra in the mid afternoon watch out for the little Hindu or India girl that she doesn't mess your order acting as she did no wrong. Sorry folks I don't like writing these kinds of reviews but people need correcting and this is my way of voicing.my opinion and preparing the next person and anyone who attempts to go location. Wow! And I wrote this on a night sleep. Imagine if I wrote it that same day??? Lol

They have their red bull's advertising for 2 16.5 ounce cans for $4.50. I took tow cans to the counter to pay and the cashier wouldn't give me the discount price that's advertised in the store.
