Almost half the machines don’t work and aren’t labeled as broken. They used to have a wonderful lady who was constantly cleaning and dusting. Since moving my laundry day to Monday, there have been older women who are just chit chatting with people rather than ensuring that things are working properly. How disappointing to see another local establishment decline with poor service.

DANGEROUS AND DISGUSTING!! Dirty! One of the worst laundromat experiences I’ve ever had in my life! Not only was it occupied by homeless. There’s Fieces and Urine on the floor. Every machine and checked was completely dirty and unsanitary. You can see mold up on the ceiling. How is this place is still in business? Not Only do I want a refund I want to tell the city to shut this place down. No one is here cleaning! It’s being ran by the homeless drug users. Save YOURSELF PEOPLE!!!

The machine can't be used, and there is no staff at the scene. I can't refund it even if I spent $4.75. It's really crazy. Don't use this machine.

Very convenient laundromat close to home but I go at night ,always homeless men in laundromat , be careful. Been coming here for years to this 24 hr laundromat prices have went up. Good clean,

There is evidence of robbery and fraud in this laundry! Today is the second time this has happened to me. I put banknotes in for coins to wash clothes. The machine eats up my banknotes and doesn’t spit out coins. Ask the phone number of the cleaner’s boss or manager, the cleaner Said that she didn't have the phone number of the boss and the manager, and then I wrote down the phone number and the matter on a note and gave it to the cleaner to pass it on to the boss, but I never heard back. The customer who was doing the laundry also said that he had this experience many times. He put $10 in the machine but no coins came out. The phone number on the paper on the wall never got through, so no one came to fix it

my first time at a laundromat and i did not know what to expect. there are plenty of washers/ dryers to do multiple loads to save some time. washers cost about $3.75/ wash and dryers cost about $.25, which would be fine if they actually dried longer than 8 minutes. you end up doing several loads in the dryer because there is very little heat coming out of the vents despite using high heat. the place overall is a bit rundown with several machines out of order. you also have to pay $.50 to use the restroom. the only plus side is that this place is one of the few open 24/7 but you run into the occasional homeless sleeping on the benches-- not a big deal though since everyone leaves you alone.

Half of the machines do not work and the hot water does not work. The phone number provided on the wall- posted near the ceiling has been disconnected so there is no where to reach out to for assistance. The vending machine also does not work so make sure to bring everything you need. This place is awful

Been to this place for almost 3 years. Used to be good. half of the machines is down more than a year! Disappointing, time for a new spot!

I've been coming here for years because it's one of the few laundromats around here that is open late...however, it really has gone down hill the last couple of years. Too many broken machines (driers, washers, change machines), it's now become a hostile at night, and if I saw anything being fixed or replaced I'd be fine with a price hike... but that's not the case. Time for me to find a new spot. :(

Love this place. The staff come and clean it at least 2x a day. And very safe.
