If I could, I'd give them 10 stars. Bravo to Laura, Danielle, Julia, and Jeffrey.
I've had a long road. First considered moving from Oakland to Alameda two years ago. The team helped me look at options, and we even put in an offer on one place, and we were outbid. I'm so glad I followed Laura's advice and didn't bid more!
Sporadically over the last two years I would talk with them and look at a house or two.
This last February I got serious. The house needed a bit of work, and the team counseled me on what
was most important in order to sell the house. Then they worked with their usual contractor, and everything was fixed! They brought in their painters, and took care of that, too. And they recommended
a fantastic moving company--Sweet Lemon--that was efficient yet gentle with my belongings.
I moved into an Airbnb while all that was happening and went on a steady diet of real estate listings. The team would have ideas, I would have ideas, we'd look at property after property. A couple of times we made offers, and the team was great about quickly putting offers together.
What I loved most is that they really dialed into my wants and needs. There was one condo we went to where Laura walked in, said, "Nope!" and turned around. She was so right!!
All this time, they were also making sure my Oakland property looked great and had a steady stream of foot traffic. It sold at a great price, quite quickly.
When an off-the-market opportunity came up in Alameda, we all knew that it was the perfect place, in the perfect location. They successfully led me to the finish line.
I can't thank the team enough for their thoughtfulness, sage advice, humor, friendship, and patience.

We had the pleasure of working with Julia and Jeffrey during the process of buying our first home. Jeffrey was recovering from an injury during the time, so we didn't see him much in person, but both he and Julia were exceptional to work with. Julia is very personable and a delight to view homes with, and both responded almost instantly to texts and emails with all our questions answered.
Julia and Jeffrey made us at ease during the stressful and daunting process of buying a home. They walked us through all of the documents and processes, and kept our best interests in mind the whole time. I cannot recommend them enough.

Can’t recommend enough Laura and Danielle’s team from Winkler. We mainly worked with Julia and Jeffrey and they were super fun to view homes and chat with. They always had our best interests in mind and I always looked forward to checking out homes with them. We successfully bought our first home in Albany with their help and got everything we wanted within the timeframe that we had set.

Danny probably doesn't want you to know this but he will respond almost immediately to any text or email. He is very responsive! This is helpful for a seller who is anxious about the steps to sell. He has a great reputation in the community, every realtor that knows him says so. He helped my buy and sell my last home in Oakland. The location was tricky and yet he gave great advice both times.

Julia (with the help of Jeffrey and the rest of the team) sold our property in Sacramento.
This was our first time selling a property, so there were a lot of learnings to be had. Thankfully, we had Julia and Jeffrey. In an uncertain market, they were a steady, reliable team - providing guidance, benchmarks, helping us set expectations and giving valuable feedback.
Numerous on-site visits were required throughout the process and Julia didn't hesitate to drive to the property whenever needed and to do whatever was needed - including changing a light bulb that had gone out - thank you again for that Julia!
Julia is a natural people person, which comes in handy when interacting with buyer's agents, tenants or even property managers. She is super responsive and if she doesn't know the answer to something, she finds out and circles back quickly. Julia is a star on the rise and anyone would be lucky to work with her!

Gerri and Lena are an amazing team. With a tight budget, and some very specific criteria from my partner, they were still able to find a wonderful home for us. Great schools, good yard, updated inside, and all the other check list items - but still in budget, even with the high interest rates. If you’re looking for a low pressure but problem solving team, this is it. Loving my house more every day still - thanks ladies! 5+ stars!

We worked with Jackie and she helped us buy our first home! She was always available to show us places and was so friendly to us and to all the sellers we met.
