I chose to have my sun-damaged dashboard replaced at a local upholstery shop, and they required that my (perfectly fine) windshield be removed for a week for the work to be done (and replaced afterwards). So I contacted Fernanda at Velocity on short notice, and got a very competitive estimate- but she couldn't *promise* that the tech wouldn't break the windshield while doing this- so I took a gamble and decided to do it anyways. I'm happy to report that they were able to remove and re-install it w/o breaking it! Overall, I was very happy with the service I got from Velocity, especially how easy it was to communicate with Fernanda over the phone and text, and how promtly she responded, and how professional she was- and especilly the fact that she squeezed me in, despite the fact that they were busy. The upholsterer, also spoke highly of the service tech that did the work- so I knew I was in good hands. Overall, I'd now reccomend Velocity for any auto glass work, and willl be back if I need any in the future!

I got my window busted in Oakland. I sent an inquiry and got my window replaced in less than 24 hours. It's great that someone will come to your house and take 45 minutes to replace a window and vacuum up the glass.

My windshield was hit by a golf ball on a Sunday. Monday morning we called around for a quote and Velocity came in with the most reasonable quote and, more importantly, were able to replace it that same day. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He did a great job. I would definitely recommend Velocity to anyone needing their service.

I got a star chip in my windshield this weekend and didn't want it to grow, so I checked around and Velocity was not only one of the least expensive but Noe was very professional, very nice, arrived when they said he would (same day service!), and did an excellent job fixing the chip. I'm very satisfied with their service.

We had a cracked windshield, which Velocity was able to come and fix the next day for us. Good price, good quality glass, and good workmanship. We particularly appreciated the communication from both the office and from Carlos, so we knew exactly when to expect his arrival. I wish everything about car ownership were this easy!!

Velocity did superb job start to finish in replacing my VW Sportswagen window damage from a break-in. I had called and submitted a job request to another local East Bay car window vendor a day before - but after 24 hrs they failed to return my call and in the end never did. Then I chose and picked Velocity Auto Glass -- called and immediately was served by a thorough and very polite/helpful and informed woman handling orders/dispatches. Within minutes she had a reasonable quote for the work and scheduled a mobile/on-site fix job at my home in Albany. The technician/installer came 2.5 hrs later and did a perfect replacement job, full clean-up of damage debris - nicest and most skilled vendor I have ever worked with. I am a retired major facility projects architect/planner with 40 yrs hiring construction contractors. Velocity Auto Glass deserves praise and has highest recommendation from me.

I've been coming here for years and recommended this place to friends and family. They have the best prices in the San Gabriel Valley. Also, the service here is quick! I got my small hatchback windshield replaced in less than 30 mins. I would highly recommend Velocity . Auto glass to anyone that needs their automobile windows/windshield to be replaced. Great place!

I finally decided after over a year of driving around with a big ole crack on my windshield to get it replaced. I would've probably pushed it off even longer if I hadn't agreed to carpool and give my friend a ride. Just the thought of being judged for not taking care of my poor baby lit a fire under my a** and finally got me moving. I reached out to three different places and Velocity had the best price, beating a top rated, "best price" location (according to yelp) by over $100. Scheduling was a breeze and a mobile installation was confirmed at no additional cost. On the day of installation, the technician, Josh called to let me know he was on his way and would be there soon. Met him outside once he arrived (both of us wearing our masks), unlocked the car for him and he said he'd be done within an hour. I went back inside to let him do his thang. He finished in about 45 min. After paying the man, both he and I continued on with our day. It was so easy, barely took 5 min of my time and my baby is looking right once again. $234 for a windshield replacement. I sure hope I don't have to replace it again anytime soon, but if I did, I won't wait so long knowing how painless it is. Definitely recommend Velocity!

I had my F150 Windshield replaced, i setup appointment thru their website . Antonio showed up on time on my appointment date and replaced the damaged windshield. He is professional and courteous. Great Customer Service and best price in town, Keep up the good work.

Own a Car Dealership and replaced a back hatch window for a 2011 BMW X5 Twin Turbo. BEST ASPECT of VAG - is that they actually went to pick up the glass. Called the 'main competitor' first and wanted to use BMW Glass (OEM) not After Market Glass. The "Big Competitor" first told me "WE CAN NOT JUST INSTALL THE GLASS, EVEN IF YOU SUPPLY IT." - BYE BYE MAIN COMPETITOR! It's a *S*A*F*E* bet that I can't do business with you and so in *L*I*G*H*T* of this didn't go any further with the 'top dog' in the business. I ordered the glass through BMW ($800 Wholesale for Car Dealers - probably $1500 Retail) and contracted VAG to install it. Prior to even asking them to pick up the glass they gave me a quote for installation. Then I asked them to pick it up. They never asked for more money - I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT! When the tech came in the morning he called 10 minutes ahead. Picked up the glass from BMW Concord too...Great guy - don't recall his name. I gave them more business and for $80 more they filled in a pellet spider on the windshield too. Total tab with the glass was just shy of $1,100....Excellent service. BEST KEPT SECRET IN THE ENTIRE BAY AREA! X5 looks like a champ. So hard to find good service any more...I always give the utmost best to my customers and it's so nice to be on the receiving end in terms of quality care and customer relations. Thank you, Velocity! Much appreciate it.

Appointment system, call back, explained process and scheduling top notch. The woman I spoke to originally after using the yelp app. to get several quotes was awesome! She set everything up over the phone. Antonio the technician who came to the car to change out the glass as on time, even calling me on my cell phone to let me know he was 15 minutes away, finished the work before time quoted. This company and its employees deserve the 5 stars, very good experience. Well use them again when I need my windshield replaced.
