Garbage program. Charging $50/month for residents to use a tiny gym that used to be free. Completely discriminates against non-student resident family members. They won’t even send emails or notifications to non-student residents nor can I access the portal to take surveys or log maintenance requests. Like, hello, I pay rent and live here too???

It is a community center for the UC Village residents (mainly families with young children). The area has developed greatly, making the community center seem a little outdated.

This community center has helpful staff, decent facilities and great activities for the whole family. We come here all the time. The bathrooms are always clean, and the ping-pong table is always set up in the lobby.
